Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini said that if the woman is unmarried then she must be a citizen of Haryana for at least 15 years. At the same time, there is a condition for married women that both of them and her husband should be residents of Haryana for the last 15 years.

The special thing is that all the women from a family will be eligible. All of them will get the benefit of the scheme. No limit has been fixed on this. However, if a woman is getting the benefit of any of the 9 schemes already running in the state and she is getting more than Rs 2100. So she will not come under the purview of this scheme.
