Karnataka government blamed virat kohli video: The Karnataka government has submitted a report in the High Court in the Bengaluru stampede case. The Karnataka government has said that Royal Challengers Bangalore had not already taken any permission from the City Police to take out the Victory Parade of the IPL on 4 June. He held several events one after the other, killing 11 people in the stampede and injured more than 50 people.

The Government of Karnataka has presented this report to everyone on Thursday, 17 July. The state government had demanded the High Court to keep the report confidential, but the court said that there is no legal basis for such a request.

While there was a capacity of only 35 thousand people in the Chinnaswamy Stadium, more than three lakh people reached that day. The report also said that there was a lot of confusion about the entry system in the crowd, due to which the crowd became panic. The stadium gates also did not open on time, due to which the mob broke some doors. The Karnataka government said at the end of the report that this accident happened due to poor planning, lack of coordination and not following the process of Associate Organizers along with RCB.
