With this, 15 battalions of Shakti Baan will initially be inducted into the Indian Army. After this, 11 more battalions of Shakti Baan will be inducted into the army. Apart from this, 34 Divyastra batteries will also be inducted in the Indian Army.

At the same time, he said that we are also going to induct 7 more battalions in Rudra Brigade. The Army Chief said that two battalions of Rudra Brigade are already included in the Indian Army. After this, four more battalions will be commissioned in the second phase.

Indian Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi also mentioned two turning points during Operation Sindoor in the press conference. He said that Indian security forces carried out a 22-minute attack on terrorist hideouts.
