In the inaugural session of Bihar AI Summit, CM Samrat Chaudhary said something which has created a political controversy. He said that more than 4 thousand CCTV cameras are installed in Patna. If AI is told to search for ‘Hara Gamchha’ people, it will immediately catch all the Hara Gamchha people. However, later the CM also clarified that I am not pointing towards any particular person or persons. He said these things in a joking tone. It is being said that indirectly he was pointing towards the opposition party RJD. RJD leaders and workers use green gamchha.

The Chief Minister further said, “For me there is no caste of any criminal. We want to ask whether the police will now shoot a criminal after asking his caste? In fact, to control the increasing crime in Bihar, the police is running ‘Operation Langra’ under which criminals are being encountered. RJD’s reaction to CM’s green-tongued statement
