Amid the electoral atmosphere in Bihar, a leader of RJD was shot dead by criminals in the capital Patna on Wednesday (September 10). This sensational incident has not only created a stir in political circles but has also raised serious questions on the security system of the state.

The statements of eyewitnesses are being recorded and CCTV footage in the area is being searched.”

Initial investigation by the police has revealed that the attackers had already known about the activities of the victim and they carried out the murder by making a complete plan. However, the reason for the murder is not yet clear.

A large number of leaders and activists reached the hospital and later gathered at the scene and demanded prompt action from the administration. In Patna’s Janipur police station area, criminals entered the house and burnt two children of AIIMS nurse alive. The name of the deceased child is Anjali and Ansh. These visits were the children of Shobha and Lalan Kumar Gupta, who hail from Janipur. The incident is on Thursday afternoon.

After the incident, a huge crowd of people gathered on the spot to see the children. There is a lot of anger among the people about the incident. There is chaos in the house. Meanwhile, people also raised slogans against the police-administration. The family said that some unknown people entered their house and burnt these two children alive. The bodies of both the children were lying on their bed.

What did the police say in the case?

Fulwari Sharif’s DSP-2 Deepak Kumar in the case says, “The incident of two children dying burnt. We are on the spot. We are also investigating technical aspects, a team has also been called in this regard. Initial investigation shows that the children were alone at home.”

After the incident, the police have also called the FSL team on the spot and the matter is being investigated in depth, whether the miscreants burnt these children or they died due to some fire. The cause of why the incident was carried out at the moment has not been known.
