Complete information about age limit

The minimum age for recruitment has been fixed at 21 years. The maximum age limit for male candidates has been kept at 37 years, while female candidates can apply up to 40 years. Reserved category candidates will also be given age relaxation as per government rules. Age will be calculated as on August 1, 2025, hence candidates must check their eligibility before applying.

What will happen in the physical test?

In Bihar Police ASI Technical Recruitment, along with the written examination, physical test will also be taken. For male candidates, the minimum height in General and Backward Classes has been kept at 165 centimeters, while for SC/ST category it will be 160 centimeters. The minimum height for female candidates has been fixed at 155 centimeters.

Apart from this, chest measurement has also been prescribed for male candidates. Talking about race, male candidates will have to complete a 1.6 kilometer race in 7 minutes, while female candidates will have to complete a 1 kilometer race in 7 minutes. Only the candidates successful in the physical test will be included in the further process.
