A big news has come out for millions of youth looking for recruitment in Bihar Police. The Central Selection Board (constable recruitment) has announced the dates of the written examination to be held for 19,838 constable posts. This exam will be held in six stages, which will start from 16 July 2025 and the final phase will be on 3 August 2025.

Examination will be done on these dates

According to the program released by the Central Selection Board, the exam will be held on July 16, 20 July, July 27, July 30, 30 July and 3 August. Millions of candidates will be involved in every phase, in such a situation, strict monitoring will be done at the examination centers across the state.

Out of more than 17 lakh applications, 33 thousand canceled

The advertisement of this recruitment process was released on 11 March 2025. After this, online applications were sought from 18 March to 25 April 2025. During this period, about 17 lakh candidates applied, but about 33 thousand applications have been canceled. Now about 16.5 lakh candidates will appear in the exam.

Strict arrangements regarding transparency of examination

The Chairman of the Central Selection Board and Director General of Police Jitendra Kumar has assured that the examination will be conducted with fairness and transparency. He said that we have conducted examinations before this and there has been no paper leak or disturbance. This time too, the examination will be between complete security and monitoring. There is no possibility of paper leaks. He also informed that CCTV, biometric attendance, and flight will be deployed at the examination centers.

Necessary guidelines for candidates

Candidates who are going to appear in the examination have been advised to download their admit card on time, which will have complete information about the date, center and time. It is mandatory to bring photo identity card and admit card at the examination center.
