eligibility requirements

For the post of eye assistant, the candidate must have the necessary educational qualification. The applicant has passed 12th standard with biology and mathematics subject from a recognized board of India. Apart from this, it is mandatory to have a two -year diploma in optometry. It will also be necessary to fulfill other eligibility.

Age limit

Talking about the age limit, the minimum age of the candidate applying should be 21 years. Maximum age for general category male candidates, maximum age for women candidates of OBC, general and EWS category 40 years, while maximum age limit for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes has been fixed at 42 years.

The application fees are Rs 500 for general, OBC and EWS candidates. This fee has been fixed at Rs 125 for the permanent residents of Bihar state who belong to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes.
