On Sunday (November 30), just a day before the winter session of Parliament, the government...

On Sunday (November 30), just a day before the winter session of Parliament, the government called an all-party meeting, in which leaders of all major political parties participated. In this meeting held in the Parliament House, the opposition presented the issues of its agenda before the government, in which topics like Delhi blasts, Special Revision Process (SIR) of voter list, foreign policy concerns and national security were prominent. The government presented its priorities and appealed for cooperation in the smooth conduct of the session.

15 meetings, shortest session? Opposition’s question

The winter session will start from Monday and continue till December 19. This time the session will be of only 15 meetings, which is much less than the normal 20 meetings. Congress alleged that the government wants to ‘derail’ Parliament by keeping the session short.

Rijiju appealed for peaceful discussion

Before the meeting, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju held separate talks with the leaders of all the parties. He said, “It is winter season, hopefully everyone will work with a cool mind. There should be debate, but not disruption. A calm atmosphere will be beneficial for the country and Parliament will run smoothly.”

“The government is burying parliamentary traditions”

After the all-party meeting, Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi alleged that the central government was deliberately shortening the session. He said, “Discussion is possible only for 15 days in the total session of 19 days. Perhaps this will be the shortest winter session ever. It seems that the government itself wants to derail the Parliament.” He further said, “This government is engaged in burying the traditions of Parliament. That is why the opposition is united. Tomorrow we will have a meeting with Kharge ji.”

What issues does the opposition want discussed?

Gogoi enumerated six major demands of the opposition, which included-

1. Debate on Delhi blasts- He said that this is a sign of failure of security agencies.

2. Democratic Security- Review of voter lists, election security and SIR process.

3. Health Security- Emergency discussion on increasing pollution across the country.

4. Economic security- Detailed debate on inflation and employment.

5. Natural security- Demand for discussion regarding climate crisis.

6. Foreign Policy- The opposition alleges that India is running its foreign policy on the terms of other countries.

List of 14 bills ready for Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha

The government has prepared a list of 14 bills for the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha.

1. Public Trust (Amendment) Bill, 2025
2. Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Bill, 2025 (IBC)
3. Manipur Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Bill, 2025- To replace the Ordinance
4. Repealing and Amending Bill, 2025
5. National Highways (Amendment) Bill, 2025
6.
New layers of corruption are coming out every day in Shahdol district of Madhya Pradesh....

New layers of corruption are coming out every day in Shahdol district of Madhya Pradesh. Looking at the cases of corruption, it seems that government money has become only a source of rigging for the responsibilities.

Earlier, a bill of one lakh seven thousand was passed in the name of paint with 4 liters of paint in the name of paint and 68 Raj Mistry. After this, under the water Ganga enhancement campaign, 14 kg dry fruit, 6 liters of milk and 5 kg sugar bill were made in one hour chaupal and robbed on the government treasury.

Photo copy of two pages, 4 thousand rupees per page rate

In this connection, another shocking case has come out from Kudri, the Gram Panchayat of Jai Singh Nagar, the district panchayat. Where the price of a two -page photo copy has been shown to be Rs 4000. After paying 4 thousand of the two -page photo copy bill, this bill is becoming increasingly viral in social media along with getting into the discussions.

One or two rupees are taken for a page to copy the photo. But the bill has been levied at the rate of ₹ 2000 per page to copy a photo in Shahdol. Surprisingly, the sarpanch secretary of the village has also passed this bill and paid. In the Gram Panchayat Kudri of Janpad Panchayat Jaisinghnagar, the secretary and sarpanch have passed such a bill with mutual connivance. You will be surprised to see that.

According to the bill, a payment of Rs 4000 has been shown at the rate of Rs 2000 per page for copying only two pages of photo. This bill is made from Raj Photo Copy Center and Digital Studio Jai Singh Nagar firm. Along with this, more materials have been mentioned. Surprisingly, the Sarpanch Secretary also passed this bill by putting his stamp for 4 thousand photo copy bill of two -page photo copy. After paying the bill of two pages, after paying 4 thousand, this bill is becoming increasingly viral in social media along with coming into the discussions.

Bill of Bhatia Panchayat worth 25 thousand bricks 1.5 lakhs

Similarly, a bill of Bhatia Gram Panchayat of the district is going viral on social media, in which the price of 25000 bricks has been charged from ₹ 5 per int with a liquor of 125000. This bill highlights the depth of corruption spread in the panchayat system.

This is not the first case when the panchayats of Shahdol have misused government schemes and funds, such acts that come up in the coming days prove that the benefits of the amount in the name of development works are not reaching the villagers, the responsible people are engaged in licking the government treasury by making such bills on paper.

On this whole matter, Shahdol Collector Kedar Singh says that there is a mistake in making the bill. The rate of photo copy is Rs 2, 2000 page photo copy has been copied. SDM has been asked to investigate.

During a meeting with the newly appointed District Congress Committee (DCC) presidents of Haryana and Madhya Pradesh at Indira Bhavan, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge attacked the Center on Sunday (August 24, 2025). He alleged that after ‘vote theft’, the BJP is now trying to ‘theft’ through new Bills for the purpose of demolishing opposition governments within 30 days.

He said that from the bill that the government has brought, they will take away the rights of citizens to form or remove their elected government. This right will be given to agencies like ED and CBI. Kharge alleged, “It is like running a bulldozer on democracy.”

Kharge attack over Mahadevpura ‘vote theft’

The Congress president further said that Rahul Gandhi recently presented detailed information during a address of how the alleged votes were allegedly ‘stolen’ under a well -planned conspiracy in Mahadevpura constituency of Karnataka. He said, ‘Congress came to know all this in 6 months of search.’

Commenting towards the monsoon session, he said that the opposition wanted Parliament to go on and debate on major public issues, but the BJP government kept on discussing matters like special intensive revision (SIR) and alleged ‘vote theft’ of the voter list. Accusing the BJP, Kharge said that the government wants the opposition’s votes to be taken away by using SIR.

Congress workers request Kharge

The Congress president accused the BJP of using the SIR of voter lists to reduce opposition votes and urged the party workers to keep a close watch on the voter lists, so that the BJP could not conspire to remove the names of Congress supporters at the booth level.

Referring to Rahul Gandhi’s ‘Voter Adhikar Yatra’, Mallikarjun Kharge said that millions of people are busy protesting against the alleged voter manipulation, but PM Modi is talking about intruders to mislead people.

What is this bill of PM and CM

Explain that Union Home Minister Amit Shah introduced a bill in Parliament on Wednesday, in which it has been proposed that the Prime Minister, Chief Minister and Minister, who are jailed for 30 consecutive days, will have to resign from the post on the 31st day on the 31st day.

On Wednesday (August 20, 2025) during the monsoon session of Parliament, Union Home Minister Amit Shah introduced 3 bills, on which the opposition cut a huge uproar. On Thursday (21 August 2025), senior Congress leader and Rajya Sabha MP P. Chidambaram also targeted the government. He has described these bills as extraordinary and clearly unconstitutional.

P Chidambaram posted on X and said that if a arrested Chief Minister does not get bail in 30 days, he will not remain the Chief Minister. Have you heard more strange things in the legal world. Senior advocate Chidambaram said that there is no allegation, no lawsuit, no conviction, but the decision of the public in the election will be overturned by a mere arrest (usually on fake charges).

Have You Heard of Anything More Bizarre in the legal world?

No Charges, No…

– P. chidambaram (@pchidambaram_in) August 21, 2025

P Chidambaram raised many questions
The senior Congress leader said that nowadays the lower courts give less bail and the High Court is also ignoring it. He raised the question and said that thousands of bail petitions come in the Supreme Court every month. This process will take several weeks. Meanwhile, 30 days will pass and the elected government will become unstable. Can something more illegal, unconstitutional, anti-democracy and anti-federal?.

Amit Shah told why the bill was brought?
Amit Shah yesterday introduced a bill in the Lok Sabha amidst strong opposition from the opposition, which was later sent to the Joint Committee. It will include 21 members of Lok Sabha and 10 members of Rajya Sabha. Home Minister Shah has said that the purpose of bringing the law is to raise the falling moral standards and maintain honesty in politics.

Union Minister Amit Shah introduced three new bills in Parliament on Wednesday (August 20, 2025), which the opposition created a lot of uproar. AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi opposed the three new bills of the government, calling him an open exemption to become a executioner.

In the Lok Sabha, Owaisi said, ‘It violates the principle of sharing of powers and weakens the right to choose the government. This gives the executive agencies an open exemption to become a judge and a executioner on the basis of disgusting allegations and doubts.

Government bent on forming police state: Owaisi

Asaduddin Owaisi further said, ‘This government is bent on creating a police state. This will be a nail of death for the elected government. The Constitution of India is being amended to convert this country into a police state. According to the AIMIM chief, this step is a direct attack on elected governments and weakening the roots of democracy.

Owaisi warned that if these Bills were implemented, it will prove to be ‘Death Nail’ (final war) on India’s democracy. Owaisi described it as an attempt to suppress the voice of the public by tampering with the constitution.

What is the 130th Constitution Amendment Bill?

Explain that the opposition is very attacked by the second bill (130th Amendment Bill) in the three bills presented by the government in Parliament. According to the rules of this bill, whether it is the Chief Minister of the state or the Prime Minister of the country, if he has any serious criminal charge and he is in jail for 30 consecutive days, he will have to withdraw from his post. While presenting the bill, Amit Shah said that the government proposes to send it to the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC).
