Pakistan has enacted US $ 1.5 billion defense agreements with Sudan, the biggest weapon in Pakistan’s history. The move shows Islamabad’s growing influence and determination to intensify Sudan’s military campaign between the civil war as a global arms supplier.

The agreement was signed during the visit of a high Sudani military delegation to Islamabad, which not only symbolizes deep bilateral relations between the two countries, but also a symbol of change in power balance in Africa’s most bloody conflict.

What will Pakistan give to Sudan?

According to the report of Defense Security Asia, this weapon deal between Pakistan and Sudan also includes air, ground and air defense systems, which have been designed to give Sudani Armed Forces (SAFs) a lead at the Rapid Support Force (RSF). At the forefront is 10K-8 Karakoram training/mildly attacked aircraft, a product of Pakistan-China defense cooperation and designed to play dual role in pilot training and nearest air aid.

Increase in Sudan’s air power

Equipped with Hardpoint for air-to-ground weapons and un-directed rockets, the-8, Sudan enables Sudan to deploy attacking aircraft in anti-terrorism operations in the outskirts of Darfur and Khatum. This has further increased the air power of Sudan, as well as the MiG-21 engines further enhance the lifeline of its Soviet-Eugenic fleet, which remains an important part of the SAF’s war system.
Although these aircraft are outdated according to modern standards, MiG-21 is still capable of playing limited air defense and attacking roles, especially when they get the support of new drone aircraft.

Ground forces will get 150 ASV Mohafiz armored vehicles

The large-scale use of drones in the operation of SAF will enters the Sudan network drone to the era of war, which is similar to the strategy used in Ukraine, Nagorno-Karabakh and Yemen. Apart from this, the ground forces of Sudan will be strengthened by 150 ASV Mohafiz armored vehicles, which will provide protection from small arms and IEDs, especially important for urban war, where RSF units are deployed.

This increase in revenue matches the federal appeal of the court, stating that President Donald Trump has encroached his right by using emergency powers to put a wide global tariff. At the same time, Trump described the unexpected benefits from the tariff as ‘very beautiful to see’, because it is increasing cash in America.

The court said in one of its decisions that the right to impose such tariffs is completely with the Congress or the existing trade policy structure. This decision will not be applicable to the tariffs imposed by other legal authorities, such as steel and aluminum imports on behalf of Trump. Attorney General Palm Bandi announced that the Department of Justice will appeal to the Supreme Court against this decision. Meanwhile, the court has allowed Tariff to remain in force till 14 October.
