Boeing 787-8 Dreamlineer: The British Airways’s Boeing Dreamliner aircraft going to Chennai faced a technical fault during the flight on Sunday, due to which it had to return to Heathro Airport in London by the middle way. The airline issued a statement saying that the aircraft landed safely and all passengers and crew members normally left the aircraft.

British Airways said that after receiving information about the technical problem, the aircraft was brought back under standard precautionary measures. However, the airline did not inform how many passengers and crew members were in the aircraft, how long the aircraft stayed in the air, or what was the right time to leave.

According to the flight tracking website flightradar24.com, the British Airways flight Ba35, which was operating from the Boeing 787-8 aircraft, left London at 12:40 pm local time and was to reach Chennai at 3:30 am. The aircraft remained in the air for about two hours, after which he returned to London.

Meanwhile, the flight of Lufthansa, coming from Frankfurt in Germany from Frankfurt, also had to be sent back from the middle route. The Air Traffic Control (ATC) of Rajiv Gandhi International Airport received a message that the aircraft is returning to its original place to Frankfurt. According to the flight -ware website, the aircraft was Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, which left Frankfurt at 2:15 pm on Sunday and had to reach Hyderabad at 1:20 pm on Monday night. A Hyderabad Airport official said that the decision was taken due to security reasons. According to the official, when the aircraft could not enter the Indian aircraft, then the bomb threat was reported. In terms of security, it was considered right to return the aircraft to Frankfurt.
