Flight bomb threat: Indigo flight at Kolkata Airport reported a bomb threat. IndiGo flight 6E 5227 flying from Kolkata to Mumbai received a bomb threat before the flight. On behalf of Indigo, it was said, “According to the security protocol, the aircraft was taken to an isolationway at Kolkata Airport. All necessary investigations were conducted and standard operational procedures were followed.”

The aircraft in which the bomb was reported was about to leave for Mumbai from Kolkata Airport at 3:30 pm, but due to the threat of the bomb, its flight was delayed. Passengers are being searched by taking off the aircraft. However, IndiGo flight to the next Mumbai left at 4 pm.

Before taking off at Kolkata Airport, the passenger reported the bomb. CISF officials are interrogating the passengers. The flight is currently at Kolkata Airport.
