<li>a finely chopped tomato</li>
<li>one chopped onion</li>
<li>one green chilli</li>
<li>2 tbsp green coriander</li>
<li>1/4 tsp turmeric</li>

<p>To make veg omelette, first of all chop onion, tomato, green chilli and coriander finely. Along with this, you can also add vegetables of your choice to it. Now put gram flour in a bowl and add turmeric, salt and finely chopped vegetables to it. After mixing vegetables, add water to gram flour and make a smooth batter.  Keep in mind that the batter should neither be too thick nor too thin. Now heat the pan on gas and apply light oil in it. After the oil is hot, pour one spoonful of batter on the pan and spread it like an omelette. Now bake it on low flame till it turns golden from both the sides. When it is completely cooked, serve it hot with chutney or sauce.</p>
