Bihar Board 10th Result Toppers List: The long wait of lakhs of students of Bihar has ended today. Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has officially declared the class 10th exam results on March 29, 2026. This year too, Bihar Board has shown its efficiency by releasing the results first compared to other education boards of the country. Students can now see the results of their hard work on the official website of the board, where along with the results, the list of promising toppers of the state has also been released. This time girl students have come first in two states.

Results announcement and links to websites

Bihar School Examination Board has made the matriculation results public this afternoon. To check their result, students can take the help of the main website of the board, biharboardonline.org or biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in. As soon as you visit these websites, you will get the direct link of the result, where you can view and download your digital marksheet by just entering your roll number and roll code. There may be some pressure on the websites due to heavy traffic, hence students have been advised to be patient.

Who are the toppers of the year 2026?

This time the total passing percentage has been 81.79 percent. Among the toppers, Pushpanjali Kumari and Sabreen Parveen both have got 492 marks, which means the passing percentage of both of them is 96.4. A total of 7,26,057 boys and 7,84,871 girls have passed the Bihar Board 10th result. There are 139 students in the top 10, out of which 57 are girls. 13 students are included in the top 5 toppers list.

How many students became toppers last year?

Along with the results, the board has also shared this year’s toppers list. If we look at last year’s figures, a total of 123 students had secured their place in the top-10 list, which included 60 girls and 63 boys. This list shows that children from small towns and villages of Bihar have also proved their talent.

There will be a grand honor on Medha Diwas

Bihar government leaves no stone unturned in encouraging these promising students of the state. Students who make it to the toppers list are honored every year on the occasion of Medha Diwas. For your information, let us tell you that Medha Diwas is celebrated every year on 3 December in Bihar. On this day, the state government organizes a grand ceremony, where meritorious students are rewarded for their hard work in the presence of the Chief Minister and the Education Minister.

Lakhs of prize money and incentives

The prize money given by the government to the toppers is quite attractive. This year also, a huge amount of Rs 2 lakh will be given to the student who stands first in the board examination i.e. state topper. At the same time, the meritorious student standing second will be given a prize of Rs 1.5 lakh and the student standing third will be given a prize of Rs 1 lakh. Apart from this, toppers are also honored by giving them laptops, e-book readers and citations so that they can be motivated for higher education.
