In the Border Security Force (BSF), there has been great news for the youth who dream of a government job. BSF has recruited the posts of Head Constable Radio Operator (RO) and Radio Mechanic (RM). The application process for this has started from 24 August 2025 and interested candidates can apply online till 23 September 2025.

Who can apply?

This recruitment campaign will recruit to a total of 1121 posts. To join this recruitment, candidates have to complete some minimum educational qualifications. The candidate has passed 12th grade with at least 60 percent marks with Physics, Chemistry and Maths subjects. Then the candidate has obtained a two -year ITI certificate in the relevant trade after matriculation.

What is age limit?

Age limit has also been fixed for BSF Head Constable Recruitment 2025. Candidates of the general category should be up to 25 years old. The maximum age for the OBC category is 28 years. The maximum age limit for SC and ST category candidates is 30 years. Reserved classes will be given exemption in the upper age limit as per rules.

• First Phase: Physical Standard Exam (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
• Second Phase: Computer Based Test (CBT)

Age limit

The pay scale for this recruitment will be from 21,700 to 69,100 under Level-3. Along with this, all allowances given by the central government will also be found.
