Users say that they are not getting fast connectivity, due to which they are not able to even make calls. Many users complain that they are hearing the message that the dialed number has been switched off even when the other user’s phone is on, while some users say that the caller is hearing the ringtone, but the call is not received on the receiver’s phone.

Why is the problem occurring?

According to media reports, BSNL is currently testing its 4G network. Let us tell you that BSNL has already setup 4G network in the entire country. The company has also installed 4G devices on telecom towers, but there are some flaws in it. To remove these, the company is once again testing the network so that this flaw can be removed. Jio, Airtel and Vodafone Idea have also started 5G connectivity, but BSNL users are still waiting for 5G connectivity.
