Canada election: Jagmeet Singh, a leader of the New Democratic Party (NDP) of Canada and a pro -Khalistan in Canadian politics, has accepted his seat defeat in Bernbai Central. He has announced that as soon as the interim leader is appointed, he will resign from his party post.

Gurmeet came on stage in his campaign headquarters in Burnbi and thanked his supporters and his family at the NDP election party. He also congratulated Liberal leader Mark Carney on his victory. During his speech, Gurmeet Singh talked about his love and future towards NDP and started crying bitterly. Gurmeet said, “Thank you to all of you and all the people present in this room, you have put your heart in it. Thank you very much for what you have done. You are amazing.”

‘I am sorry for this …’

The NDP leader said, “I know tonight is disappointing for New Democrats. We had very good candidates who lost tonight. I know how hard you have worked. I spent time with you. You are amazing. I am very sorry that you will not be able to represent your communities. I know that you will continue to fight for them.”

Canada election 2025: Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney’s Liberal Party has succeeded in winning. On this, PM Modi posted on X (East Twitter). He wrote that he congratulated @Markjcarney and Liberal Party on his victory on your election as Prime Minister of Canada. India and Canada are bound by shared democratic values, strong commitment to law rule and live relations among people. I am eager to work with you to strengthen our partnership and open more opportunities for our people.

In Canada, Mark Carney has been elected the new Prime Minister of the country, who overtook Conservative Party leader Pierre Polyvre in the election. Meanwhile, during his election campaign, he took a very tough stand against US President Donald Trump during his election campaign. Trump repeatedly spoke of mixing Canada in the US, which Carney strongly opposed and promised to protect his country’s sovereignty. The public appreciated his attitude and handed him power with an overwhelming majority.

Congratulations @Markjcarney On your election as the Prime Minister of Canada and to the Liberal Party on their Victory. India and Canada are bound by shared democratic values, a steadfast commission to the rules of law, and vibrant people-to-love ties. I look forward to working…

Travel from banking to politics
Mark Joseph Carney was born on 16 March 1965 at Fort Smith, Canada and spent his childhood in Admonton. He received higher education from Harvard University and Oxford University. Mark Carney started his career as an investment banker from famous finance company Goldman Sachs. He gained a lot of experience by working in global economic centers like New York, London, Tokyo and Toronto. After this, he chose the path of government service and in 2008 he was appointed Governor of Bank of Canada, Canada.

Decades old relationship between Canada and America has always been an example. Deep economic and security cooperation, military support, and business agreements made both countries a strong partner, but now the statement made by Canadian Prime Minister Mark Karney raises a big question about these old relationships. He said, ‘Now that old relationship is over. & Nbsp;

Actually this statement came after President Donald Trump’s announcement to impose 25 percent tariff on vehicle imports in America. This decision can be extremely disastrous for Canada’s auto industry, as about 5,00,000 people are connected to this industry. Describing Trump’s move as ‘unjust’, Carney said that it is a violation of the current business agreements made between the two countries. & Nbsp;

 violation of agreement and serious response

Carney also warned that this change was not limited to business agreements only. He said, ‘There can be no return in the relationship now.’ His statement shows that the trust and cooperation between Canada and America after Trump’s decision is now over. Carney says that the tariff that the US has imposed is not just a business issue, but an attack on deep relations between the two countries. & Nbsp;

 Canada’s strategy & nbsp;

However, Carney clarified that Canada would compete with these tariffs. He said, ‘We will adopt effective business measures to deal with these tariffs, which will have more effect on America and Canada will be less.’ & nbsp; This means that Canada will oppose America’s move with its full force. Carney also said that his strategy will work strongly in matters related to security, trade and economy.

 New direction of relationship with Trump

Mark Carney also said that he has approached the White House to talk to Trump, but before any business conversation he wants Trump to show ‘respect’ towards Canada. His message was clear that there would be no compromise on Canada’s sovereignty. & Nbsp;

 What will change this new attitude?

This can be a big step for Canada, as it is now intended to take old relationships with America in a new direction. However, it will remain to be seen whether the Trump administration will understand this change and whether a new kind of partnership between the two countries will begin in the future.

The question here is whether this change in the relations between the US and Canada will do long -term damage or it will become a symbol of a new beginning for the two countries. This situation will be more clear in the coming days, but at the moment it is certain that the old relationships have now been talked about.

Canadian officer claim on india: During the tenure of Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, there have been continuous disputes about the allegations against India. Now an official of Canadian Safety Intelligence Service (CSIS) has accused four countries including India of interfering in the democratic processes of Canada. This development shows that the habit of accusing other countries from Canada is increasing.

The human hand behind all this is Vanessa Lloyd, the deputy director of CSIS. He has alleged that India has the ability to intervene in the people of Canada and its democratic processes. Lloyd said that India wishes to intervene in Canadian communities to strengthen its geopolitical influence.

Fear of electoral intervention
Voting for the general election in Canada is to be held on April 28. Earlier, in the CSIS report, it has been alleged that apart from India, China, Russia and Pakistan can also interfere in the Canadian election campaign. Lloyd claimed that China could use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to interfere in the Canadian elections.

Russia and Pakistan accused
Russia has also been made serious allegations. Lloyd said that Russia has tried to create a network to molest and intervene campaign on social media and news websites. In addition, he claimed that Pakistan may also be involved in intervention activities against Canada.

Safety measures
Under the federal protocol implemented in 2019, if a committee of bureaucrats arrive at the conclusion that an incident may affect the Canadian election process, the public may be warned. According to this protocol, the committee, which monitors security and intelligence, is kept cautious, which is presided over by Vanessa.

Allegations of foreign intervention
As soon as the elections in Canada come close to the elections, various countries have been accused of intervention. These allegations against countries like India, China, Russia and Pakistan may affect international relations. Under the leadership of Justin Trudeau, Canada has been continuously raising voice against foreign intervention, and this new case is also part of the same sequence.

Canada News: Canada on Monday (March 24) feared that Pakistan may interfere in the general election to be held on April 28 in an attempt to balance India’s ‘growing global impact’. Canadian Safety Intelligence Service (CSIS) Deputy Director Vanessa Lloyd said that Islamabad could carry out foreign intervention activities against Canada.

At a press conference, he said, “The Government of Pakistan can carry out foreign intervention activities against Canada to promote political, security and economic stability and to combat India’s growing global impact,” he said.

‘India can also intervene’

CSIS Deputy Director Vanessa Lloyd said, “We have also seen that the Government of India has the intention and ability to intervene in Canadian communities and democratic processes to maintain its geopolitical influence.” Last year, Canada had made similar allegations, which were clearly rejected by New Delhi. He said, “We have also seen that the Government of India has the desire and ability to interfere in Canadian communities and democratic processes to establish its geopolitical influence.”

Significantly, in September 2023, former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau accused the involvement of New Delhi in the murder of Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar. After this allegation, tension in relations between India and Canada increased. India dismissed the allegation as ‘baseless’ and ‘absurd’ and dismissed it outright.

China has also been accused

Lloyd said, “The PRC (People’s Republic of China) can use the AI-competent tool to try to intervene in the Canadian democratic process in this election.” He also said that China can resort to social media to promote the Narrator as per its interests and in Canada, Chinese ethnic, cultural and religious communities are particularly likely to be targeted in Canada with ‘secret and misleading’ methods.
