The Allahabad High Court has expressed serious concern by a gym trainer from Meerut in the case of misconduct of a woman. The High Court has strictly heard the matter.

At the same time, the court has raised the question whether male gym trainers are currently training women without adequate security measures. Let me tell you that the gym trainer committed indecency and abuse with the woman, after which the woman was pushed and thrown out.

After all, what is the whole matter?

On 29 April 2024, women were doing workouts in a gym in Madhavapuram, Meerut. Meanwhile, gym trainer Nitin Saini abused the woman and abused her and misbehaved with her. It is alleged that he forcefully pushed the woman out of the gym.

After this incident, the woman lodged an FIR at Brahmapuri police station in Meerut on 1 May 2024. The FIR was registered under sections 354 and 504 of the IPC as well as sections 3 (2) (5) of the SC/ST Act. Apart from this, the victim recorded a statement in the court under Section 164 of the CRPC. The woman also alleged that the appellant Nitin Saini made pornographic videos of her friend Aarti and was sending pornographic material to her for the last several months.

What did the High Court say during the hearing?

A single bench of Justice Shekhar Kumar Yadav heard the criminal appeal of Nitin Saini. The court said that this situation is very worrying that male trainers are training women without ensuring adequate security and respect.

The court directed the investigating officer of Brahmapuri police station to file a personal affidavit, in which it is clear whether the gym is duly registered or not, whether the arrest of accused trainer Nitin Saini has been done or not, women instructors are present in the gym or not.

When is the next hearing on this matter?

The High Court has fixed the next hearing of the case 8 September 2025. The court made it clear that such misconduct with women falls in serious criminal category and strict action should be taken on it.

At the same time, he has said that in this report, Tehsildar and Mining Officer are saying that this illegal mining has been done by Nagar Panchayat Akbarpur.

MLA Pratibha Shukla’s husband has appealed to the current MP that I want to tell the MP to talk about justice and file this illegal mining case against the chairman and DO. At the same time, he said that a recovery of 40 lakh rupees should also be done from these people.
