Companies have been getting adequate benefits, land at concessional rates, power subsidy, tax exemption, basic facilities, and various types of financial incentives. Its burden raises the shoulder of the taxpayer. In turn, it is completely appropriate to expect the private industry sector to reflect the social structure of our country. In the context of caste census, there should be open talks about inclusion and diversity in the private sector.

Prime Minister, your government is now standing at a historic intersection. The decision to conduct caste census can be a transformational moment in the journey of equality of our country. Our ancestors have struggled for the collection of these figures for many decades. Therefore, there should not be a delay in implementing this decision.
