Sushant Singh Rajput Case: Former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh has reacted to the CBI closure report in the Sushant Singh Rajput case. He said that it has become clear from the CBI investigation that Sushant was not murdered but was a suicide. Anil Deshmukh said that the allegations of embezzlement against actress Riya Chakraborty have also proved to be wrong. Describing Deshmukh, describing the political conspiracy, he said that the matter was unnecessarily given to the Bihar assembly elections. He told that Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide in June 2020.

Anil Deshmukh was the Home Minister at the time of the incident. Mumbai’s Bandra police completed the investigation. It is clear in the DCP report that murder was not suicide. According to Deshmukh, during the Bihar assembly elections, the matter started taking political color. Sushant’s father lodged an FIR in Patna. He claimed that Riya Chakraborty embezzled Sushant’s Rs 15 crore. Sushant Singh’s case was handed over to CBI. The Central Investigation Agency filed a closure report in the court on Saturday after a long investigation.

The report said that Sushant’s death was suicide. Riya did not make any embezzlement. Riya’s case was fought by famous lawyer Satish Manshinde. Deshmukh said that the CBI investigation brought the truth to everyone. He also questioned the claims of Narayan Rane. Rane had said to be a video by quoting the servant. There is proof of Sushant being killed in the video. Deshmukh asked why Rane did not hand over the Mumbai Police or CBI despite being a video?

He called me mere rhetoric. In the Disha Salian case too, Rane claimed to have received a call twice. The matter became popular with the name of Aditya Thackeray. Deshmukh said that there seems to be a conspiracy to discredit Aditya Thackeray. Describing the case as a political conspiracy, he said that Sushant and Disha case were wrongly linked. He justified the CBI report and said that now the truth has come in front of everyone.
