These days, more questions than answers have arisen for the 12th class students of CBSE Board. The online portal launched by CBSE to get a copy of the answer sheet is becoming a headache for the students. On May 19, the board had announced that students would be able to apply to get a copy of their verified answer sheet, but many students saw the message “service unavailable” on the portal. The same situation continued on 20 May also. Students shared their problems on social media and said that the link was not opening.

Meanwhile, giving relief, CBSE has extended the last date of application from May 22 to May 23. But students say that the increase of one day is not enough, because the portal remains closed for several hours and applications are not possible. The students have demanded extension of time by at least one week, so that everyone can get equal opportunity. However, till now the message of Site is Under Updation is coming on the portal.

Actually, CBSE has started the process of giving copies of only the checked answer sheets in this phase. That is, students will first see their copy, after that if they find any kind of mistake, then they will be able to apply for checking or revaluation of marks in the next stage. As per the schedule of the board, verification of marks, complaint of mistake and applications for revaluation will be held between May 26 and May 29.

What did the board say?
The board has also made it clear that if a student finds any discrepancy after seeing the copy, he can apply on the due date. The team of experts will examine the copy again. After this process the numbers may increase or decrease.

At present the problem of the students is that when the portal is not opening, then how can they apply? Many students wrote that more than 24 hours have passed, but the link is not working. Some students also said that even after repeated attempts the site does not open or stops midway.
