<p style="text-align: justify;">The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has given big information for lakhs of candidates appearing in the CTET February 2026 examination. CBSE has released the admit card for Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2026. Candidates who have applied for this examination can now download their admit card by visiting the official website. Admit card is an essential document to appear in the CTET exam, without it no candidate will be allowed to enter the examination centre.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">CTET February 2026 admit card has been released by CBSE through online medium. Candidates can visit the official website of CTET and download their admit card with the help of application number, date of birth and security pin. The board has clearly said that the admit card will not be sent by post or any other means. Therefore, all the candidates should download their admit card in time and keep one or two copies of it printed.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>CTET exam will be held on 7th and 8th February</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">CBSE CTET 2026 exam will be conducted on 7 and 8 February 2026. This examination will be held in two days and in two shifts. Paper-1 and Paper-2 will be conducted on both the first day and second day. Paper-1 will be conducted for candidates aspiring to become primary teachers, while Paper-2 will be conducted for candidates preparing to become upper primary teachers.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The time of examination has been decided in advance. Paper-1 will be conducted in the morning shift and Paper-2 will be conducted in the afternoon shift. The duration of each paper will be two and a half hours i.e. 2 hours 30 minutes.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>There will be examination centers in 140 cities across the country.</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">CTET 2026 exam will be conducted in 140 cities across the country. Candidates have been allotted examination cities as per their application. Earlier, CBSE had released the city intimation slip on 23 January 2026, through which the candidates had already got the information in which city their examination would be held. This made it easier for the candidates to plan their travel and stay.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Advice to reach the examination center on time</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">CBSE has advised the candidates to reach the examination center at least one hour before the commencement of the examination. Identity will be checked before entry at the examination centre. For this, it will be mandatory for the candidates to bring their admit card and an original identity card like Aadhar Card, Voter ID or Passport. No candidate will be allowed to appear in the examination without valid documents.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Please check these things in the admit card</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Candidates are advised to check all the information given in their admit card carefully. The name, roll number, exam date, time, address of the exam center and photograph of the candidate should be clearly printed in it. If any kind of mistake is noticed, the candidates should immediately contact CBSE.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The wait of lakhs of candidates for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test CTET February 2026 to be conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education is about to end. The board can release CTETf admit card today i.e. on 5th February 2026. Candidates will be able to download their hall ticket from the official website ctet.nic.in. This time a record of more than 25 lakh candidates have applied, due to which a major change has been made in the examination schedule.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>CTET exam will be held in 2 days</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Earlier the CTET exam was proposed only on 8th February, but considering the number of applicants, CBSE has now decided to conduct it on two days on 7th and 8th February 2026. This examination will be conducted in about 140 cities of the country. The examination will be held in two shifts on both days, in which the first shift will run from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm and the second shift will run from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>When will the admit card be released?</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Usually CTET admit card is released 2 days before the examination. In such a situation, the admit cards of the candidates whose exam is on 7th February are likely to be released on 5th February i.e. today, whereas the admit cards of those who appeared for the exam on 8th February can be released on 6th February. The admit card will contain exam centre, shift reporting time and necessary guidelines.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>How to download CTET admit card?</strong></p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>To download CTET admit card, first go to the official website ctet.nic.in.</li>
<li>After this, click on the home page CTET Admit Card February 2026 link.</li>
<li>Now fill the application number, date of birth and captcha code.</li>
<li>As soon as all these things are submitted, the admit card will appear on the screen.</li>
<li>At last download the admit card and take its print out.</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Important instructions related to examination center</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Candidates have been advised to report to the examination center at least 90 minutes to 2 hours before. The entry gates will be closed as soon as the examination starts. It is mandatory to carry a photo identity card along with the admit card. Apart from this, CTET exam is of total 150 marks and there is no negative marking in it. It is necessary to score minimum 60 percent marks for general category, whereas 55 percent marks have been fixed for reserved category.</p>
