The wait for millions of students waiting for CBSE board exam 2025 will end soon. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) can release the results of class 10th and 12th in the second week of May. Although the board has not yet officially announced the exact date of the result, but according to reports the result process is in the final stages. So many students are waiting

In the academic session 2024-25, about 42 lakh students appeared in the examinations of class 10th and 12th. The evaluation of such a large number of students’ answer books is going on fast. Given the trend of previous years, it is expected that the results can be declared around 13 May 2025.

How many marks do passing is done?

According to CBSE rules, students have to get at least 33% marks in every subject to pass. If a student fails by a very small margin, there is also a provision to give grace marks to him.

How to check the result?

• Step 1: First of all students visit the official website.
• Step 2: After this, click on the link ‘CBSE Class 10th/12th Result 2025’ on the student homepage.
• Step 3: Then enter the student roll number, school number and admit card ID.
• Step 4: Now click on the student submit and look at the result screen.
• Step 5: After this, save a printout or PDF of the student result.

The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) has today declared the results of ICSE (Class 10th) and ISC (Class 12th). Like every year, this time also girls have achieved great success by leaving the boys behind.

10th results
This year, a total of 2,52,557 students appeared in the ICSE examination. This year 99.09% students have passed the 10th examination. The students were ahead of the students. 99.37% of the students passed the exam while the pass percentage of boys was 98.84%.

12th (ISC) results
At the same time, a total of 99,551 students participated in the ISC examination. The total pass percentage of 12th was 99.02%. The girls secured 99.45% marks. At the same time, the pass percentage of boys was 98.64%.

Talking about the field -wise performance, 99.83% students from West India, 99.73% from South India were successful in the 10th class examination. On the other hand, 99.76% students from South India and 99.72% students have passed in ISC.

Students with special needs also did wonders

ICSE had 1184 students learning disability, out of which 112 scored 90%+. Out of 48 visible 48 students, 13 got 90%+ marks. ISC had 257 students’ learning disability, out of which 29 scored 90%+, and 6 out of 17 visually impaired students scored 90%+ marks. Let us tell you that the toppers list is not released by the board.

• Click on the result link of Class 10 (ICSE) or Class 12 (ISC) on the homepage.
• Now enter your Unique ID, Index Number and Captcha appearing on the screen.

The morning of April 30 has brought good news for millions of students across the country. The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) has declared the results of ICSE Class 10th and ISC class 12th. The result of both the class was released through a press conference at the headquarters of the board today.

Students can now see their results by visiting the official website of CISCE CISCE.ORG. To check the result, students will have to go to the website and select their class, then submit unique ID and index number and submit it.

Exams were held between February to April

ICSE’s class 10th examinations were held from 18 February to 27 March 2025, while ISC 12th examinations lasted from 13 February to 5 April 2025. Thousands of students across the country participated in these examinations.

Students who are not satisfied with their marks can apply for rechacking till 4 May 2025. For this, the Rechec module has been activated on the board’s website. All Reichak results will be announced simultaneously on the board’s website.

Now compartment exam will not be done, will get a chance to improve

From this year, CISCE has abolished the compartment examination and has introduced the “Improvement Exam” instead. Students who want to improve their marks can take the exam in maximum two subjects. The subjects in which more marks will come, the same will be considered the last digit. These reform exams are likely to be held in July 2025.

How was last year’s result?

Last year, ICSE 10th pass percentage was 99.47% and ISC 12th pass percentage was 98.19%. The performance of girls was better than boys in both classes.

Uttar Pradesh Board Result 2025

According to the Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Council (UPMSP), the results of 10th and 12th of UP board can be declared in the second or third week of April 2025. About 1.35 lakh teachers are evaluating about 2.96 crore answer sheets of UP board high school and intermediate.

Madhya Pradesh Board Result 2025

Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) can release 10th and 12th class results by the last week of April 2025. The MP board started checking the answer sheets with the examination and so far about 10% of the evaluation has been completed.

Gujarat Board Result 2025

The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) can release the results of 10th and 12th grade till May 11, 2025, although its official confirmation is yet to be done. The Gujarat Board will release the results on its official website Gseb.org. Students will be able to check and download their scorecard using their seat number. Results will also be available through Digilocker and SMS services.

Students will have to get minimum required marks to pass the GSEB SSC exam 2025. Divyang students need at least 20% marks to pass. Students who get E1 or E2 grade will have to appear in the examination again.

Himachal Pradesh Board Result 2025

Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) is conducting class 12 examinations between March 4 to March 29, 2025. The results of the Himachal Board 12th Examination are likely to be released in April-May 2025. Results can be seen on the official website of the board hpbose.org. Last year, a total of 85,777 students appeared in the HPBOSE class 12th examination, out of which 63,092 students passed the examination.

Result check process

All boards will release their results on their official websites. Students will be able to see their results using their roll number, registration number or seat number. Results will also be provided through Digilocker and SMS services in many states. Students are advised to keep checking regular on the official websites of their board, because the result date can be changed. After the result is released, students will be able to download their scorecards and will be able to plan further studies or career.
