The fourth film of the adult comedy film Masti franchise is coming to entertain people. Vivek Oberoi, Ritesh Deshmukh and Aftab Shivdasani are bringing fun together once again. ‘Masti 4’ is going to be released in theaters on November 21. There are two days left for the film to be released and the Censor Board has used scissors on this film.

The Censor Board has passed ‘Masti 4’ with an A certificate and has also asked to make many changes along with it. Now fans will get to see the film after it is modified in theatres.

Censor Board made these changes
According to the report of Bollywood Hungama, the censor board has imposed limited cuts in the film. Three dialogues were changed, and one dialogue was requested to be changed. The word sister was changed and in the second part of the film, the word item was also replaced with a correct option. The name of a liquor brand was changed.

Changes made in visuals also
CBFC also asked the makers to make some visual changes. Its members asked the makers to remove the top angle animal humping visuals. That visual was 9 seconds long. Ultimately he asked the makers to reduce the 30-second long close-up visuals of human faces. Therefore a total of 39 seconds of visuals were cut. After all these changes, the film has been passed with A certificate.

this is the runtime

Talking about the runtime of ‘Masti 4’, it is now 144.17 minutes i.e. 2 hours 24 minutes and 17 seconds long. Now many scenes have been removed from the film due to which the runtime has reduced.

Talking about the star cast of ‘Masti 4’, many celebs are going to be seen along with Riteish Deshmukh, Vivek Oberoi and Aftab Shivdasani. Apart from these three, Ruhi Singh, Shreya Sharma, Elnaaz Norouzi, Natalia Janoszek, Shaad Randhawa, Nishant Singh Malkani, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor and Nargis Fakhri are going to be seen in the film.

Delhi High Court has rejected the petition filed against actor Paresh Rawal’s film ‘The Taj Story’. The High Court reprimanded the petitioner and said that he should first file a revision application with the Central Government against the Censor Board certificate given to the film.

The High Court said in its order that it is not a super censor board. The judge raised the question why the application was not filed with the Central Government before coming to the High Court? He also raised the question as to why the petitioner made actor Paresh Rawal a party in the petition? Where does the actor have responsibility regarding the content of the film?

What did Delhi High Court say in the matter

Delhi High Court Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyay and Justice Tushar Rao Gedela heard this petition. During this he said, “Are we a super censor board?”

However, the petitioner said that the court has sufficient powers. On this, the Chief Justice said, “Try to understand our limitations. We are not a super censor board. The difficulty in such cases is that sometimes allegations are made against the parties and lawyers. Avoid this. You have to present your case within the ambit of the Act. Please point out any violation of the rules.”

The petitioner withdrew the petition

After rebuke from the High Court, the petitioner has withdrawn the petition. This has cleared the way for the release of the film. The film ‘Taj Story’ is going to be released on 31st October. In this, Paresh Rawal will be seen playing the role of a lawyer.

Let us tell you that this petition was filed by Delhi’s senior advocate Shakeel Abbas. In this, producer, director and actor of ‘Taj Story’ Paresh Rawal was made a party. Besides, the petitioner had also made the Central Government and the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) as parties.

The petitioner had claimed that the film misrepresents the Taj Mahal and the historical information related to it, which may spread confusion among the public and risk creating religious and communal tension. The petitioner said that CBFC did not examine the trailer and the content of the film responsibly, which could create confusion among the public.

The famous film ‘Udaipur Files’ based on the ruthless killing of Kanhaiyalal in Udaipur, Rajasthan, was finally released in about 4500 theaters across the country. The film stood up for the green signal from the censor board amidst long disputes and legal hurdles.

It does not oppose any religion and does not hurt the sentiments of a community.

He further said that ‘many people who came at the screening supported the film. My mother will not be able to watch this film, but in the theater, a seat will be reserved for my father’s soul and her photo will be put there. Hindu organizations supported a lot and the central government led by PM Modi helped us in its release.

Approval received after several disputes

It took a long time for the film to get approval from the censor board. The main reason behind this was the film’s sensitivity and controversial subject. But now that it has been approved, the people of the country will be able to know this true incident. Udaipur files faced legal complications several times, but the manufacturers did not give up and succeeded in bringing it to the big screen.

The producers said, after the release of ‘Udaipur Files’, it is expected that the audience will watch this film and will be aware of the painful truth that Kanhaiyalal and his family faced.

Arshad Madani on Udaipur Files: The petition filed against the film ‘Udaipur Files’ in the Delhi High Court was heard on Wednesday. On behalf of Maulana Arshad Madni, President of Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind, senior advocate Kapil Sibal made arguments before the bench of Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyay and Justice Aneesh Dayal. The petition claimed that the film hurts the religious sentiments of a particular community and is going to spread hatred in the society.

Kapil Sibal said that there are scenes in the film which incorrectly reflect the Muslim community and this can promote religious fanaticism in the society. He requested the court that publicly displaying such a film is a violation of the basic principles of the Constitution.

The lawyer of the censor board informed the court that all those scenes have already been removed from the film which could be considered objectionable. Now there is nothing in the film that hurts the spirit of a community.

Court directive – The entire film should be shown to the petitioner
The Chief Justice clarified that freedom of expression does not mean that religious sentiments were hurt. He directed that the petitioner’s lawyers should be screened for the entire film so that it can be decided whether there is some objectionable left in the film.

Arshad Madani expresses satisfaction, next hearing tomorrow
Maulana Arshad Madani said that the court proceedings were satisfactory. He also said that the censor board and the filmmaker accepted our objections and claimed that the disputed scenes have been removed from the trailer. He hoped that after the screening, the court would give a decision that will maintain the dignity of the Constitution and respect the religious sentiments of Muslims.

Controversial movies 2025: Prateek Gandhi and Patralekha starrer film ‘Phule’ has been released in theaters amidst the hurry across the country. The censor board made many cuts in the film. ‘Chhava’ was successful in earning more than 500 crores in India alone.

Kangana’s film also faced controversy

Kangana Ranaut’s film ‘Emergency’, released on January 17 this year, was also stuck in controversy. In the film directed and starring Kangana Ranaut, she appeared in the role of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. There was a lot of controversy over the release of the film based on the ‘Emergency’ in 1975 by the former PM.

The protesters had accused of tampering with historical facts. In ‘Emergency’, Kangana Ranaut along with Anupam Kher, Mahima Chaudhary, Milind Soman, Shreyas Talpade and late Satish Kaushik were in important roles. Kangana Ranaut’s performance in the film was highly praised. However, the box office collection of the film was not special.
