The record of the fastest century in IPL history is in the name of West Indies’ explosive batsman Chris Gayle. In 2013, while playing for Royal Challengers Bangalore, Gayle completed a century in just 30 balls against Pune Warriors. In this innings played at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Gayle scored unbeaten 175 runs in 66 balls, which is still the highest score in IPL. His stormy innings included 17 sixes and 13 fours.

Yusuf Pathan- Century in 37 balls (2010)

Rajasthan Royals’ star all-rounder Yusuf Pathan batted brilliantly against Mumbai Indians in 2010 and scored a century in just 37 balls. In this match played at Brabourne Stadium, Yusuf hit 8 sixes and 9 fours. His batting was so aggressive that Mumbai bowlers were under complete pressure.
