The Indian man who was working as a security guard in California, USA was shot dead. The deceased youth’s name was Kapil. He was a resident of Barah Kalan village in Jind district of Haryana, who was just 26 years old. The incident took place on Saturday (7 September 2025), when he tried to stop a person urinating at the public place. The controversy over this increased so much that the accused shot Kapil there. He died on the spot.

Kapil was the son of God and the only son of the farmer family. He went to America two and a half years ago. In 2022, Kapil illegally entered the US. He reached America by passing through the forests of Dunki route i.e. Panama and crossing the Mexico border. On this dangerous journey, the family spent about 45 lakh rupees. After the initial arrest, he was relieved in legal proceedings and settled in California.

Family situation
The news of Kapil’s death was reported to the family by a relative living in America. He has two sisters, one of whom is married. A mountain of sorrows has broken on the family and there is mourning in the entire village. The village sarpanch Suresh Kumar Gautam said that the whole village stands with the family, but it is a huge shock. Now the family is demanding to bring Kapil’s body to India.

The family has planned to meet the Deputy Commissioner and demand to bring Kapil’s body to India. Villagers and family hope that the Government of India will provide all possible help to the family in this difficult time.

Jyoti Malhotra Pakistan Spying Case: Indian security agencies have once again arrested YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra and three others on charges of spying for Pakistan, highlighting a serious threat to the security of the country. The arrest has come to light after suspicious activities during recent operations like Operation Sindoor and Blackout in North India.

According to sources, Jyoti Malhotra went to New Delhi, a day before Operation Sindoor on 6 May, where she was allegedly in touch with Pakistani High Commission employee Danish and others. This meeting and dialogue were already present on the radar of many intelligence agencies.

Arrested accused included from YouTuber to security personnel
Jyoti Malhotra is among the four people arrested by the Haryana Police since May 13. She is a resident of Hisar. These are YouTuber and Social Media Influencer by profession. The other person’s name is Nauman Elahi, hails from Uttar Pradesh. It is a security guard in Panipat by profession. The third person is named Devendra Singh Dhillon, who hails from Kaithal and the fourth man is named Armaan, who is a resident of Rajaka village of Nuh. All of them are accused of spying for Pakistani intelligence agencies and shared sensitive information related to Indian defense establishments.

Sources say that Malhotra’s income was found inconsistent than his travel expenses, which feared that some of his foreign trips could be sponsored. Armaan was arrested from Ferozepur Jhirka on the night of 15 May.
