Recently, a heated argument has been seen between an Indian-origin MP in America, Raja Krishnamurthy, and Florida’s racist leader Chandler Langevin. Florida leader Chandler Langevin had ambushed a few days ago and made fun of the name of Indian-origin American MP Raja Krishnamurthy. Chandler had said that Raja Krishnamurthy’s name was not worth pronouncing. After which Raja Krishnamurthy strongly criticized his statement.

Indian-American MP Raja Krishnamurthy took this joke of Florida leader Chandler very easily and retaliated by saying to Langevin, ‘If it is too difficult for you to call me Raja Krishnamurthy, then you can just call me Raja. But Chandler Langevin can only be called a racist for his immense hatred towards Indians.

Who is Florida leader Chandler Langevin?,

Florida leader Chandler Langevin is a member of the Palm Bay City Council, who remains in the headlines for his indecent statements against people of Indian origin. Chandler says that Indian people living in America only think about the benefit of their country and hence they should be thrown out of America.

After this statement of Langevin, a huge controversy started in America. What’s more, the situation reached such a stage that the City Council even voted to dismiss Langevin from the council. At the same time, on this matter, Langevin had said that he wanted to start a big debate and his aim was not to target those Indian-Americans who are contributing to the development of America. Rather, their target was on illegal immigrants.

However, Chandler Langevin specifically targeted Raja Krishnamurthy and made fun of his Indian name. After which Raja Krishnamurthy strongly condemned Langevin’s statement. He said that when hate speech is accepted as very common, communities are considered as scapegoats, then our democracy is completely weakened by such acts.

Chandler Langevin, leader of the American state of Florida, is being strongly criticized for his comments on Indians living in the US. Due to his controversial comments on deporting Indians, the City Council has reprimanded him on Saturday (October 18).

In a post written on October 2, Langevin appealed to US President Donald Trump to cancel the visas of all Indians as a birthday wish. Langevin wrote on X that today is my birthday and all I want is that Donald Trump should cancel the visas of all Indians and deport them immediately. While talking to journalists, the American leader said that Indians are only there to empty the pockets of Americans.
