Hyderabad SIR Mapping: Even before the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process has started in Hyderabad, a controversy has arisen regarding mapping. This process is considered very important for updating the voter list, but a recent case has raised questions on its transparency and preparations.

This case is of Barkas area of ​​Chandrayangutta assembly constituency, where people have made serious allegations against the Booth Level Officer (BLO) posted at polling station number 101 located at Kuramoshi School. Local people say that when they went to meet the BLO, they were surprised to see that the officer did not even have basic knowledge of the mapping process.

It is being told that the concerned BLO is a sanitation worker, who has been appointed for this important responsibility, but he was not given adequate training for this work. A video of this incident is also going viral on social media, in which the alleged lack of information of the BLO is clearly visible.

Local residents expressed displeasure over the issue, saying that such carelessness in a sensitive process like the voter list can lead to mistakes, leaving many eligible voters out of the list or wrong data being entered. He has demanded from the administration that only trained and competent employees should be engaged in this process.

This entire matter has also raised questions on the credibility of the electoral process. Experts believe that accuracy and transparency are very important in a process like SIR, because it is linked to the foundation of democracy.
