The screenshot of an internal email of UCO Bank has gone viral on social media platforms. This viral screenshot has created a stir in UCO Bank. In this email, a senior bank official has been accused of inhuman and poorly engaged with employees.

In the title of this email sent to the top management of the bank, the employee wrote, ‘Complaints about the inhuman and poor behavior of Chennai zonal head, request for quick action.’ In the email, an employee of the bank made the zonal head of Chennai Zone R.K. S. Ajit has been accused that they spoil the atmosphere of the office with fear and threats and treat the authorities in such a way as if they are not their professionals but their servants.

In the complaint, the zonal head was declared a dictator, derogatory and insensitive. Along with this, many examples have also been shared in the email, when he also refused to leave employees in family emergency.

What are the examples of the bank employee in the complaint

Talking about a case, the bank employee said in the email, “When the mother of a branch manager of the bank was admitted in the ICU, he earlier insisted on asking how many days the officers would return to work, only then will he be discharged. In the second case, when the mother of a branch manager died, she allegedly said, ‘Everyone’s mother dies. What is like doing in this, become practical and return to work immediately, otherwise I will put LWP (Leave Without Pay). After this, an official letter was also issued against that officer.

Another case has also been told in the email. Actually, a one -year -old daughter of a branch manager was hospitalized, so she allegedly said that you are a doctor? Why be in the hospital? Go to the office immediately, otherwise I will put LWP.

In addition, when the wife of an officer was admitted to the hospital in critical condition, the zonal head also dismissed his demand for dischargeable comments.

After the screenshot of this email went viral, the anger of the users on social media erupted. Many users called it cruelty in the name of discipline.

Prasanna sankar: Tech Entrepreneur Prasanna Shankar of Chennai has made serious allegations against his wife. In many posts on the social media platform ‘X’, he claimed that his wife has an affair with someone else. He also said that his wife is now asking for a large amount for divorce and is harassing him with the help of Chennai police.

Prasanna Shankar is the founder of Singapore based Crypto Social Network 0xppl.com. He is living separately from his wife Divya. He told that when he came to know about his wife’s illicit relationship, the opposite wife imposed a case of harassment on him. Shankar said, ‘I was accused of domestic violence. False police complaint was lodged. He applied for divorce in America instead of India.

Prasanna said that his wife kept his nine -year -old son hidden in the US. For this reason, he also filed a case of kidnapping against his wife. He said that an American court ruled in his favor and both had to sign an agreement. Under this, both of them got the joint custody of the son, but they had to pay about Rs 9 crore and Rs 4.3 lakh per month to their wife.

‘Chennai police is harassing’
Shankar claimed that his wife later refused to follow the agreement and insisted on keeping the child with him. When Shankar again moved the court in this case, the matter worsened. Prasanna said that wife Divya lodged a complaint against her in Chennai about the kidnapping of the son. After this, the police officers reached his hotel late at night. However, he had already left with the son.

‘Son is happy, police is still harassing’
Shankar says that he later told the police the whole matter and said that his son is completely safe and happy. Despite this, the authorities continued the search for his family and friends. He also accused the Chennai police of raiding his friend Gokul’s house in Bengaluru without warrant and detaining him in Chennai.

Wife Divya’s claims are completely opposite to Shankar. He dismissed Shankar’s allegations, saying that three weeks ago Shankar called him to India on the pretext of resolving the issue of property sharing and snatched the son from him. Divya said, ‘I don’t know what happened to my son, and that’s why I lodged a complaint with the police.’ Divya claimed that Shankar had stolen her son’s passport. He said that the Chennai police is trying to help him in getting his son back.

Accused of tax evasion also
Divya also accused Shankar of transferring her matrimonial property in her father’s name to avoid tax. He also said that Shankar’s father also transferred these properties to his brother in Thailand to save tax.

Divya also accused Shankar of sexual harassment of women. He claimed that he secretly recording women. He also alleged that the Singapore police had also arrested Shankar once in the sexual harassment case. Divya also claimed that Prasanna was arrested while prostitution in a sting operation, due to which he was also removed from the company.
