A total of 18 people are named in the FIR, including Mohammad Sabroos, Rashid, Shahabuddin, resident of Balrampur, close to Chhangur, and Ramadan resident of Gonda.

These four have also been nominated in the new FIR lodged in the ATS police station. Many other accused of Azamgarh, Mau, Gonda and Jaunpur are also involved in the case. In which Jamgarh resident Awadhesh Saroj alias lawyer, Usha Devi, Panna Lal Gupta, Sikander, Hasina, Kundan Benwanshi, Akash Saroj Mau resident Mohammad Javed, Parvez Alam, Irfan Ahmed, Sabir Ali, Javed Ahmed and Javed Ahmed Ahmed and Jaunpur resident Fayaz were also named.
