Regarding H1-B visa, US President Donald Trump gave an example in Washington DC and said that now we are going to make chips in America itself, although we do not make many chips here, but we are going to do so within a year. The US President said that we will now have a large share of the chip market.

Donald Trump said that we have to teach our people to make chips first, because we do not do this now, but we used to train our people earlier. He further said that then we foolishly lost the chip business to Taiwan, but now everything is coming back.

Chip Act was a disaster for this country- Trump
US President Trump said that the CHIP Act was a disaster for this country (America). We gave billions of dollars to other countries and other places. They just stole our money, but because of the tariffs the chip business is going to come back. All chip manufacturers are now coming back to America. Within a very short time we will have the lion’s share of chip manufacturing in the world, where it should have been all along.

Previous governments cornered over tariffs
Regarding tariffs, Trump targeted the previous American governments and said that because we had people who did not believe in tariffs and did not know how to use them. If they had done this then nothing from our country would have gone anywhere else. Currently, 100 percent chips are made in Taiwan, but this will not happen now.

Even though Trump talks about America getting huge benefits from the tariffs, America is still not completely recovered from the government shutdown. Trump’s Republican Party has suffered a major setback in the recent by-elections due to the heavy campaign by the Democrats on the issue of inflation in America. Due to this, President Trump has also talked about using tariff revenue to issue $2,000 rebate checks.
