Ingredients to make chocolate modak

You do not need a lot of ingredients to make chocolate modak. You can easily prepare it at home.

• 2 cup maida
• 1 cup jaggery or sugar powder
• 1 cup grated coconut
• ½ cup cocoa powder or melted chocolate
• 2 tablespoons ghee
• ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
• Milk as per requirement
• Model
• First of all, heat a little ghee in a pan and add grated coconut and fry it lightly.
• Now add jaggery/sugar powder and mix well
• After this, prepare the mixture by adding cocoa powder or melted chocolate to it.
• Now add cardamom powder to this mixture and keep it to cool
• On the other hand, knead the flour and make a slight dough
• Now apply some flour in the modak mold and fill the prepared chocolate mixture in it.
