According to the information so far, Faridabad-Saharanpur Fidayeen module was being led by Dr. Muzaffar Ahmed Rather, brother of Dr. Adil Ahmed in India, who according to sources is currently hiding somewhere in Afghanistan.

According to sources, on August 22 this year, Muzaffar Ahmed Rather had gone to Afghanistan via Dubai on the request of Ammar Alvi, chief commander of Jaish-e-Mohammed’s fidayeen squad and brother of Masood Azhar, for training in making suicide bombs in Afghanistan.

Where could Muzaffar Ahmed Rather be?
According to sources, after landing from Kabul International Airport in Afghanistan, Rather might have gone to Sangai area of ​​Hemland province or Kunar province. There is a small joint base between Jaish-e-Mohammed and Al-Qaeda and the terrorists are trained in making suicide explosives from ammonium nitrate. In the investigation conducted so far, many clues have been found from the phones of Dr. Muzammil and Dr. Adeel, which contain more than 3 thousand videos and 42 such videos which contain methods of making suicide bombs.

After interrogating Dr. Adeel, Dr. Muzammil and Maulvi Irfan Ahmed, the names of 3 Pakistani handlers have so far come to light, which include Abu Ukasa, Nisar and Hanzullah. These three Pakistani handlers used to talk to this fidayeen network from SIM cards of different countries. Also, Hanzullah had sent a video showing how to make a fidayeen bomb to Adeel and Muzammil.

Names of Pakistani handlers surfaced
According to sources, while Abu Ukasa used to talk to these accused on Session app from a Turkish virtual number, Nisar and Hanzullah used to talk on Telegram from UAE’s +971 SIM and used to send them videos of making suicide bombs. According to sources, Abu Ukasa, Nisar and Hanzullah are pseudonyms of these handlers and their real names are not yet known.

Rather was the leader of this entire group in India.
In the investigation so far, it has become clear that Adil’s brother Dr. Muzaffar Ahmed Rather was the leader of this entire group in India. Also, from March 1, 2022 to March 18, 2022, when Adeel and Muzammil Turki went to meet Jaish’s handler Abu Ukasa. Then Dr. Muzaffar Ahmed Rather also went to Türkiye. In such a situation, there are many mysteries in this Saharanpur-Faridabad module of Jaish-e-Mohammed, which the agencies are trying to solve together.

Apart from this, investigation of Muzaffar Ahmed Rather’s Facebook account has revealed that he was also in contact with many handlers of Hizbul Mujahideen and Jaish-e-Mohammed on Facebook. According to the information, Indian agencies may soon issue an Interpol Red Corner Notice against Dr. Adeel’s brother and the alleged leader of the group, Dr. Muzaffar.

This Act deals with illegal possession and use of explosives in the incident. The authorities have also registered a case of murder and attempt to murder over the deaths and injuries caused in the blast.

FSL team reached the spot
The FSL team along with Delhi Police this morning reached the spot where a Hyundai i20 car exploded near the Red Fort yesterday evening at around 7 pm. 9 people have died in this explosion, while dozens of people are said to be injured.
