Just as the bomb blast in Delhi alerted the security agencies across the country, the focus of investigation has now shifted to a madrassa in Faridabad, whose structure and location are constantly raising questions. This Madrasa was being built in 200 yards at a distance of about two kilometers near Al-Falah University. At first glance its structure did not look like a normal religious educational institution.

The biggest surprise was that the madrasa was being built about ten feet below the ground. This structure being built underground was enough to lead the security agencies in the direction of suspicion. When the ABP News team reached this place, they came to know that there were thick concrete walls, whose thickness was about 5 feet. The surprising thing was that fans, mats and seating areas were ready inside, which clearly shows that there must have been regular movement of people inside the madrasa under construction, but the question is, for what purpose was such an unusual structure made?

Who was funding the madrasa?

The Madrasa was registered in the name of Maulvi Ishtaaq, but the funding was completely being handled by Dr. Muzammil and this fact gives a more serious turn to the investigation, because the name of Dr. Muzammil has come up with the Delhi blasts module. This link led the investigating agencies to the conclusion that it could be an organized module not only at the city but even at the national level. It is also an important part of the investigation that when the underground construction was planned, who prepared it, where the construction material was brought from and for what purpose such a strong internal structure was prepared. All the facts indicate that the Madrasa could have been not only a religious place but also a center of some secret activity. On 24 December 2025, the NIA team reached Faridabad with Dr. Muzammil with special security. The team not only inspected the madrassa, but also took him to Al-Falah University and the house where he was living.

The investigating agencies have got a big clue in the car blast case that took place near the Red Fort in Delhi. The arrested accused Muzammil Shakeel Ganai had used flour mill and electrical machines to prepare explosives. During the investigation, the police recovered this mill and machines from the house of a taxi driver in Faridabad, Haryana.

Explosives were being made in a rented room in Faridabad
Ganai, a resident of Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir, used to grind urea finely with the help of a flour mill in a rented room in Faridabad and then refine it with an electrical machine and prepare chemicals. On November 9, the police had recovered 360 kg of ammonium nitrate and other explosive materials from the same place. During interrogation, accused Ganai admitted that he had been preparing explosives by separating ammonium nitrate from urea in the same manner for a long time. He was a doctor at Al-Falah University, Faridabad.

Taxi driver also in custody, NIA is interrogating
The NIA team has also detained the taxi driver from Faridabad from whose house these devices were recovered. The driver told that he had met Ganai about four years ago, when he had gone to Al-Falah Medical College to get his son treated.

15 killed in car blast near Red Fort
15 people were killed in a suicide attack in a Hyundai i20 car near the Red Fort. The suicide bomber driving the car, Omar Un Nabi, was killed in the attack. He was a resident of Kashmir and was a doctor by profession. Omar was also associated with Al-Falah University.

Even before the attack, Kashmir Police had exposed the terrorist module.
Just hours before the blast, Jammu and Kashmir Police had busted a major ‘white collar’ terrorist module with links to Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammed and Al-Qaeda-linked Ansar Ghazwat-ul-Hind. During this period, 2,900 kg of explosive material was also seized, which included ammonium nitrate and it is believed that this material Delhi blast Used in.

After the blast that took place on Monday (10 November 2025) evening near Red Fort Metro Station Gate No. 1 of Delhi, the raid of investigative agencies is going on in many cities including Faridabad, Lucknow and Kashmir. The mastermind of this conspiracy, Dr. Omar Mohammad, was killed in this blast. He was a friend of Dr. Muzammil Shakeel and worked in a hospital in Faridabad.

Bomb making factory in Faridabad

According to sources, both of them used to make bombs together in a factory in Faridabad. The warehouse of ammonium nitrate for making bombs was also in Faridabad. According to the investigating agencies, Dr. Umar Mohammad was the mastermind of the conspiracy in Faridabad Hospital. While living there, he had included many Kashmiri youth with him. One of his friends is still missing. Investigation revealed that he had gone on a foreign tour. Police have detained Umar’s parents and two brothers.

Delhi blast could be suicide attack

Dr. Omar Mohammed’s conspiracy came to light on October 30 when Jammu and Kashmir Police took Muzammil into custody. Dr. Umar had not come to Delhi to carry out the blast, rather the situation had become such that he was afraid of being caught. He had carried out the blast himself, which means it was a suicide attack or an accidental blast. However, the investigating agencies have not yet confirmed this.

Delhi blast investigation handed over to NIA

Meanwhile, the Home Ministry has handed over the investigation of the blast near Red Fort in Delhi to the National Investigation Agency (NIA). NIA is now taking action to fully investigate the blast, trace the network of suspects and arrest those responsible.

Regarding this, a search operation was conducted in Al Falah University, Faridabad. The name of Dr. Parvez Ansari, associated with Integral University of Lucknow, came up in the case related to the terrorist module of Faridabad. During investigation, a sticker of Integral University was found on Parvez Ansari’s car.

In Faridabad, adjacent to the capital Delhi, the police have caught a terrorist module which has shaken the security agencies of the entire country. This module is linked to some doctors of Kashmir, who were planning to carry out a big blast under the guise of medical treatment.

Police have so far recovered about 2900 kg of explosives. If this explosive had been used, how big would have been the scene of devastation? Just thinking about this will make your soul tremble.

Where was the explosive recovered from?

These items were found from Fatehpur Taga and Dhauj villages of Faridabad. Police also recovered 20 timers, walkie-talkies and assault rifles from here. The accused doctor had taken a house on rent in Dhauj village. About 360 kg of ammonium nitrate was recovered from the same room. The house was in the name of a Maulana, who has now been taken into custody.

2563 kg of suspected explosive found in a village

Another 2563 kg of suspected explosive was recovered from Fatehpur Taga village. The police found so much gunpowder that they had to call a truck to refill it. The name of the accused doctor is Dr. Muzammil Shakeel. He was also a medical teacher in a university in Faridabad. Earlier, Dr. Adil Ahmed Dar was arrested from Saharanpur, UP. Both Kashmiri doctors are said to be associated with a big terrorist network.

Investigation has revealed that a third doctor, Muzaffar Ahmed Rather, fled to Dubai two months ago. Police suspect that he is now hiding in Pakistan or Afghanistan. In this entire module, the name of a lady doctor from Lucknow, Shaheen Shahid, has also appeared. Rifle and live cartridges have been recovered from Shaheen’s car. According to sources, Dr. Muzammil used the same car.

What did the police tell?

Faridabad Police Commissioner said that the substance recovered is not RDX, but ammonium nitrate. This is also considered equally dangerous and explosive. 83 cartridges, one pistol and two magazines were also recovered from the room of the accused. Even the police found eight big suitcases and four small bags, which were filled with explosives.

The investigating agencies are now busy finding out which city was their target. The team of Faridabad and Jammu and Kashmir Police was working on this for the last 15 days. So far 8 people have been arrested, including doctors, clerics and associates.

Security agencies are considering this module as the biggest terrorist trap in recent years. Police say that at present many important information is being kept secret. It is certain that if this module had not been caught in time, a huge explosion could have occurred in the country.

Who is Dr. Muzammil?

Dr. Muzammil was working in Alfalah University, Faridabad for the last one and a half years and lived in the doctors’ quarters inside the university campus. Dr. Muzammil was a general physician. Dr. Muzammil was arrested 9 days ago in a joint operation between Jammu and Kashmir and Faridabad Police.

Under the guidance of Muzammil, 360 kg of ammonium nitrate was recovered from a house in Dhauj village, just 500 meters away from the campus of Al Falah University. Police have recovered walkie talkie, 20 timers, 20 batteries and a watch from Dr. Muzammil’s room in Dhauj village.

Apart from this, some chemicals have also been recovered by the police. Jammu Kashmir Police and Faridabad Police recovered a Swift car from Dr. Muzammil along with explosives. An assault rifle, 83 bullets, two magazines, one pistol, some live cartridges, two empty cartridges and one magazine of the pistol have been recovered from this car.

On the behest of Dr. Muzammil, the police have recovered 2563 kg of suspected explosive from the room of a house in Fatehpur Taga village of Faridabad, which in the initial investigation appears to be ammonium nitrate.

The house in Fatehpur Taga belongs to a person named Hafiz Ishtiaq. Hafiz Ishtiaq is the maulana of the mosque of Dhauj village. The police have also detained Hafiz Ishtiaq and are interrogating him. The Swift car that was recovered from Dr. Muzammil. Dr. Shaheen Shahid of Alfalah University. Dr. Shaheen Shahid has been arrested by Jammu and Kashmir Police. Dr. Shaheen Shahid is a resident of Lalbagh area of Lucknow. Police is interrogating Shaheen Shahid.

What does the police want?

Actually, the police want to know how long Dr. Muzammil and Shaheen Shahid were in contact with each other and also for how long Dr. Muzammil was using Shahid’s car. Dr. Adil has been arrested by Jammu and Kashmir Police in this terror network.

Actually, Dr. Adil was a resident doctor in GMC i.e. Government Medical College. Actually, Dr. Adil had pasted some posters related to terrorist organizations like Mohammed in Kashmir, the CCTV of which was in the hands of Jammu and Kashmir Police.

When Jammu and Kashmir Police investigated that CCTV, it was found that the person who pasted the poster was none other than GMC’s Doctor Adil.

When the Jammu and Kashmir Police team reached Dr. Adil’s house in Kulgam, Dr. Adil was not present at his house. After this, after interrogating the family members, the police came to know that Doctor Adil had gone to Saharanpur to attend a wedding. After this, a team of Jammu and Kashmir Police reached Saharanpur and Dr. Adil was arrested from there.
