Politics over open namaz and sacrifice has intensified in West Bengal. Aam Janata Unnayan Party President Humayun Kabir, targeting BJP and Chief Minister Shubhendu Adhikari, said that the Muslim community will not compromise on the issue of sacrifice.

While talking to news agency IANS, Humayun Kabir said that ‘the Constitution should be respected, but there will be sacrifices. There may be cow’s, goat’s and camel’s too. The animals which are legitimate for sacrifice will be sacrificed. I warn the BJP government. I am directly telling Shubhendu Adhikari not to play with fire.

Humayun Kabir said that ‘the government should give us a big field to offer Eid prayers. If there is no arrangement for the ground, we will be forced to offer namaz on the road.
