Share Market: Many big companies have performed tremendously in the results of Q4 FY26. The sales of 17 companies with market capitalization of more than Rs 10 thousand crore have increased more than double in a year. These companies include different sectors like retail, real estate, metal, solar energy, pharma and financial services.

These companies were most discussed
The most discussed topic was Eternal, whose sales increased to Rs 17,292 crore in Q4 FY26, whereas it was Rs 5,833 crore in the same quarter last year. The company’s profit also increased from Rs 39 crore to Rs 174 crore. The company has got huge benefits from Blinkit and Quick Commerce business.

Lloyd Metals and Energy also performed well. The company’s sales increased by 312 percent to Rs 4,913 crore, while profit jumped 426 percent to Rs 1,066 crore. The company benefited from increase in iron ore production and pellet capacity.

Sales of solar sector company Vaari Energies increased by 112 percent to Rs 8,480 crore. The company’s profit increased by 71 percent to Rs 1,061 crore. The company gained strength due to increase in domestic demand and US export orders.

Commodity Exchange Multi Commodity Exchange of India also presented strong results. The company’s income increased by 205 percent to Rs 889 crore and profit increased by 291 percent to Rs 530 crore. The company got the direct benefit of increased trading activities in the market.

Sales of real estate company Prestige Estate Projects increased by 167 percent, while profit increased from Rs 25 crore to Rs 250 crore. There was a rise in revenue due to the completion of delivery of many projects of the company.

Some companies suffered losses
However, the picture of all companies was not completely positive. Despite Motilal Oswal Financial Services’ income increasing by 125 percent, the company suffered a loss of Rs 221 crore. While SJVN’s sales increased, the company remained in loss.

Telecom equipment company HFCL made a spectacular comeback. The company was in loss last year, but this time it registered a profit of Rs 179 crore. The company got strength from orders from Bharatnet and private telecom companies.

In the pharma sector, Newland Laboratories and Vyash Life Sciences also registered strong growth. At the same time, sales of jewelery company Thangmayil Jewelery doubled due to high gold prices and store expansion.

What do the results say?
It is clear from these results that there is momentum in sectors like real estate, renewable energy, metal and capital market. However, experts believe that the growth of every company should not be viewed equally, because in some cases it may also be the result of accounting or the impact of commodity prices.
