The synopsis of ‘Dhurandhar’ is written in the CBFC certificate – ‘Based on the background of IC-814 hijack in 1999 and the attack on the Indian Parliament in 2001, this film is based on India’s Intelligence Bureau chief Ajay Sanyal. Who plans a bold and indomitable mission to infiltrate and destroy a powerful terrorist network operating from Pakistan. To carry out this risky operation, Sanyal recruits an unlikely person. A 20 year old boy from Punjab, who has been arrested for committing a crime motivated by revenge.
