CBSE has released the result of CTET February 2026 exam. Candidates who had given this examination can now check their result online. CTET February 2026 exam was conducted on 7 and 8 February 2026. Due to some reasons, the re-examination was also held on 1 March 2026. After the completion of the examination, the answer key was released on March 12, so that the candidates could match their answers. After this the final result was declared on 30 March 2026. Now all the candidates can easily check the result by entering their roll number and necessary details.

Ability
There are two levels of examination in CTET. First is Primary Level (from class 1 to 5) and second is Junior Level (from class 6 to 8). For Primary Level, the candidate must have at least 50% marks in 12th and a teaching degree like D.El.Ed or B.El.Ed or he should be pursuing the course. For Junior Level, the candidate must have B.Ed or similar teaching degree along with graduation. In some cases, candidates with post graduation and integrated B.Ed-M.Ed can also apply.

The application process for CTET February 2026 started from 27 November 2025 to 18 December 2025. Candidates were advised to keep all the necessary documents like photo, signature and identity card ready while filling the form. It was important to check all the information carefully before submitting the form, because if there is wrong information, the application may get canceled.

On how many marks will the candidate qualify?

To pass the CTET exam, it is necessary to score minimum marks. For general category, 60 percent marks are mandatory, whereas for OBC, SC, ST and disabled category candidates, this limit has been set at 55 percent. The special thing about this exam is its lifetime validity, that is, once passed, the certificate remains valid for life. CBSE will also provide digital marksheets and certificates to the candidates through DigiLocker. CTET is a national level examination, in which successful candidates can apply for teacher recruitment in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) and other government schools.
