Is curd really good for health?</strong> Curd is beneficial for health. It contains protein, calcium and good bacteria (probiotics). These bacteria help in keeping our intestines healthy and improve digestion. Eating curd regularly and in right quantity can provide many benefits to the body. <br /><strong>2. Does curd improve digestion?</strong> For most people, curd helps in digestion. The live cultures present in it are helpful in maintaining the balance of good and bad bacteria in the intestine. This can reduce problems like gas, constipation or indigestion. <br /><strong>3. Does eating curd cause cough and cold?</strong> It is a common belief that curd causes cold and cough, but this is not true for everyone. Most people do not get cold from eating curd, if a person is sensitive to cold things or is already suffering from cold, then he may feel some discomfort. <br /><strong>4. Is it okay to eat curd at night?</strong> If someone does not have any problem in eating curd at night, then he can eat it. However, the doctor advises not to eat dinner too late. It is better to have dinner around 7 pm. <br /><strong>5. Is curd better than milk?</strong> For many people, curd is easier to digest than milk. <p style="text-align: justify;">2. Now add whatever vegetables you like. Like cauliflower, capsicum, carrot, broccoli, baby corn, French beans, wash them thoroughly and cut them into small pieces. Try to ensure that all the pieces are of similar size so that they cook well together. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3. After this, take 1 cup curd in a deep vessel. Now add finely chopped green chillies, salt as per taste, a little black pepper powder, red chilli powder and lemon juice, mix everything well so that a smooth mixture is formed. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">4. Now add the chopped vegetables to this curd mix and mix well. Keep in mind that every vegetable gets an equal layer of curd. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">5. After this, grease the baking tray of the oven by applying a little oil or butter. Then spread the vegetables properly on it. You can brush a little oil or butter on top so that the vegetables get baked and become slightly crispy. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">6. Place the tray in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. You can rotate the tray once in the middle so that the vegetables are baked properly from both the sides. When the color of the vegetables becomes light golden and starts looking a little crispy on top, then understand that they are ready. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">7. After baking, take out the vegetables from the oven, add some green coriander on top and serve hot. If you want, you can also keep curd or mint chutney along with it. </p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">In Ayurveda, monsoon is called rainy season. During this time, the digestive fire of the body becomes weak. At the same time, due to humidity and moisture in this season, the risk of bacteria and infections increases. Dr. Reena Sharma, Ayurveda of Delhi, said that the digestion in the monsoon gets slow.
