If you are dreaming of buying a flat in Delhi at a good, ready and cheap price, then a big chance is coming for you. The Delhi Development Authority i.e. DDA is going to start a new housing scheme very soon, named DDA Premium Housing Scheme 2025.

The scheme will start from 26 August 2025 and its booking will also start from the same day. The special thing is that this scheme is especially for ready-to-au flats built in good and posh areas of Delhi, that is, you will not have to wait for the construction to be completed after buying the flat, you can be directly shifted. Where will you get flat?

Under the DDA Premium Housing Scheme 2025, DDA has created flats in many best areas of Delhi, such as Vasant Kunj, Jasola, Dwarka, Rohini, Pitampura, Shalimar Bagh, Ashok Vihar, Nand Nagri and Jahangirpuri. 250 flats will be available at these places, and garage will also be provided for a car or scooter with every flat. DDA has created three types of flats so that people of every Income Group can participate in it.

How to register and booking?

To participate in this scheme of DDA, you have to register online. For this, go to DDA’s website https://eservices.dda.org.in. After this, non-refundable fee of 2500 will have to be deposited at the time of registration. After registration, the allocation of flats will be on the first come, first serve basis. As soon as you book, you will get 15 minutes to pay. In these 15 minutes, that flat will not be given to anyone else. So make sure that your bank account already has full money. At the same time, within 24 hours of booking, you will be released demand to demand a low allotment letter. DDA has given information about this scheme on its social media platform x.

How much will the price be? Know from cheap to expensive range

The DDA has fixed the price of flats according to their size and category. In which first Hig flat these flats are made for people with more income. Their price will be from about 1.64 crores to 2.54 crore. These flats will be in large size and better location. Apart from this, the second MIG flat, these flats are for normal ie middle income buyers. Their price will be from 60 lakh to 1.5 crore. Also, both the budget and the convenience have been designed keeping in mind. Finally there are Lig flats. These flats are for families with low income. Their price has been kept from 39 lakh to 54 lakhs. Despite the dead size, these flat will be ready-to-me and good. If the price of these flats is compared to areas like Gurgaon and Noida, then these flats of DDA are quite cheap. In Noida or Gurugram, the price of such flats can be 2 crore or more.

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has offered 828 new flats, including 624 LIG Units in Siraspur and 204 EWS Units Loknayak Puram. Booking of these flats will start at 12 noon on Tuesday. This initiative has been brought as additional flats under DDA’s pre -released ‘Sabka Ghar Awas Yojana 2025’ to meet the increasing demand for affordable houses.

According to DDA, a special discount discount of up to 25% will be given to the disadvantaged sections of the society. These flats will be sold on the first come, first served basis. The flats of Siraspur will be priced between Rs 17.4 lakh to Rs 17.7 lakh, while Loknayak Puram will be between Rs 27 lakh to Rs 28.4 lakh. However, it will not include water connection fees.

The DDA has also introduced the ‘Dwarka Community Service Personal Housing Scheme 2025’, especially for the staff of the residents of the Golf View Condo apartments. Under this, 349 flats will be provided in Dwarka Sector 19B. The authority clarified that only the legal owners of Hig, Super Hig and Penthouse Flats of Golf View Conds can apply for these flats. An applicant will be eligible for just one flat, even if there are many flats in the golf view condo named after him.

The online registration process for this scheme has started from Monday, the last date of which is 24 March. Sale of flats from 29 March Online Will be through e-auction. Their plinth area will be 50 square meters and the price has been fixed at around Rs 32.5 lakh.
