Dr. Ashok Chaudhary, Minister of Rural Affairs Minister of Bihar Government and National General Secretary of JDU, has sent a defamation notice of Rs 100 crore to Prashant Kishore, the founder of Jan Suraj on Tuesday. In fact, Prashant Kishore accused the minister of 200 crore scam and land fraud. Now the court has issued summons to Kishore to appear on 17 October.

Ashok Chaudhary said the allegation baseless and misleading

Ashok Chaudhary has described the allegations of Prashant Kishore as baseless and misleading. He denied allegations of benami property against his daughter and MP Shambhavi Chaudhary. Ashok Chaudhary clarified that the property that is being accused of being benami was bought by Shambhavi Chaudhary on 21 February 2021 from his legitimate income and it was also mentioned in his election affidavit. Therefore, there is no question of benami.

Prashant Kishore alleges that Ashok Chaudhary is the right hand of the Chief Minister and he has made a record of corruption in Bihar. He bought 23 katha land in the name of his personal secretary Yogendra Dutt in the year 2019. Two years later, Yogendra Dutt transferred the land to Ashok Chaudhary’s daughter Shambhavi Chaudhary for Rs 34 lakh, but he was given only Rs 10 lakh from the account. Later on the income tax notice, he transferred Rs 25 lakh to Yogendra Dutt to avoid income tax notice on 27 April 2025?

Three other big leaders of NDA also accused

Prashant has accused Ashok Chaudhary not only against three other big leaders of NDA, including Mangal Pandey, Sanjay Jaiswal and Deputy CM Samrat Chaudhary. Earlier, Mangal Pandey had said, “Whatever Prashant Kishore is saying is completely political rhetoric. There is neither any basis nor any fact. Now it remains to be seen what action they take against PK after Ashok Chaudhary.

Defamation notice to jitu patwari::: Narayan Yadav, brother of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, has sent a notice of defamation of 10 crores to the President of the State Congress Committee Jeetu Patwari. This defamation notice has been sent due to allegations made by Jeetu Patwari on him. In this case, preparations are also being made for the next action against Patwari with the help of law experts.

State Congress Committee President Jeetu Patwari had made serious allegations against Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav’s brother Narayan Yadav during a general meeting in Badnagar in Ujjain district. He had said that ‘Narayan Yadav Tax’ is going on in Ujjain district. In this whole case, it was also said by him that the traders are being recovered in the name of ‘Narayan Tax’.

After this video went viral on social media, Jeetu Patwari has been sent a defamation notice of 10 crores. Senior Advocate Virendra Sharma said that Narayan Yadav is an official of the Wrestling Association as well as a social worker of Ujjain and businessman of stone crusher. His image has been tarnished by false allegations against him. Due to this, a notice of defamation of 10 crores has been sent to Jeetu Patwari. A strategy of action has been prepared by him.

Family allegations for the first time

State Congress Committee President Jeetu Patwari made many serious allegations against the Chief Minister and the government, but this was the first time he personally made a sharp attack on the Chief Minister’s brother. According to Advocate Virendra Sharma, Jeetu Patwari will have to prove the accused accused, if they are unable to do so, then they will be duly taken further.

Advocate Virendra Sharma said that Narayan Yadav is a 70 -year -old social worker as the elder brother of the Chief Minister. He is also the President of Yadav Mahasabha. Apart from this, Madhya Pradesh is the vice president of the wrestling association. Jeetu Patwari falsely accused him in the meeting of Badnagar. Due to this, notice has been sent to them. He had made false allegations against the Chief Minister’s elder brother Narayan Yadav.
