According to the latest information, the owner of the house told that Muzammil rented the room 2 months ago but he never came to live there. This case is important because only his belongings were found kept in the room and he had also hidden his real identity.

The whole story of taking a room on rent

According to the landlord, Dr. Muzammil had come to see room number 15 on the first floor two months ago and had taken it on rent the same day. He went after a thorough inspection of the room and immediately paid two months’ advance rent.

Giving information, the landlord said that the room rent was fixed at Rs 1200 per month, the advance of which was paid by Dr. Muzammil for 2 months at once and this room was on the first floor of his house, room number 15.

He told that as soon as he received the money, he had handed over the keys of the room and Dr. Muzammil had claimed that he was going to shift immediately, but after that he was never seen again.

Mysterious behavior and hidden identity

The landlord told in an exclusive conversation with ABP News that Muzammil had deliberately hidden his identity. He neither shared his complete profile nor provided any documents. For the first time, he left after keeping his things in the room and after that we waited for his return for several weeks.

Eventually there came a time when the owner checked his room, but found only things kept there and no movement or sound was heard. In Mandarashi’s words, “She was in no hurry to stay in the room, as if she just needed space, not shelter.”

Increasing questions and doubts on the matter

Many big questions are now being raised due to the mysterious actions of Dr. Muzammil. Had he taken the room just to keep his belongings and make a shelter? Did he hide his identity for some reason? Paying two months advance rent together also raises suspicion because tenants generally do not do this.

According to the landlord, if his intentions were normal, he would have come to stay at least once or shared his identity. Meanwhile, the landlord has started giving information at the local level so that the truth can come out soon. In the notice issued by NAAC, it is clearly stated that it has been found that Al-Falah University is neither recognized by NAAC nor has it applied for Cycle-1. Despite this, the university has claimed on its website that three of its institutions have been given ‘A grade’ by NAAC.

NAAC i.e. National Assessment and Accreditation Council is a major organization of India which evaluates the quality of colleges and universities. NAAC grading of any university shows how good is the level of education, research and facilities there.

According to experts, if a university tries to give admission to students by showing fake recognition, then it falls in the category of fraud. NAAC is taking this matter very seriously and after investigation, strict action may be taken against the organization.

Al-Falah University in controversy

The name of Al-Falah University was also recently linked to the Delhi blast case. According to the investigating agencies, the accused Dr. Umar, who was killed in the blast, was an assistant professor in this university. After his association with terrorism, many questions were already raised on the university and now this action of NAAC can give a further blow to the credibility of the institution.
