If you live in Delhi and want to make your own home, then this news is for you. The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is going to give people a chance to celebrate the happiness and celebrations of their home with its new housing scheme before the celebration of independence.

Car-scooter garage also available with 250 flats

Actually, DDA is going to launch a new premium housing scheme before Independence Day, which has recently got the green signal by the Lieutenant Governor. Under this scheme, cars and scooter garages will also be provided with a total of 250 flats in many major areas of the capital.

How many flats in which area

The scheme will have a total of 39 High Income Group (HIG) flats in Vasant Kunj, Jasola (Pocket 1B) and Dwarka (Sector 19B). At the same time, 48 Middle Income Group (MIG) flats will be available in Jahangirpuri, Nand Nagari, Dwarka and Pitampura. Rohini includes 22 lower income group (LIG) flats. Apart from this, 66 flats will be offered at Naseerpur (Pocket 9) in Dwarka under the expandable housing scheme (EHS). In the category of Self Financing Scheme (SFS), two flats will be found in Rohini Sector 18 and Shalimar Bagh.

DDA has also brought garage facilities this time. 16 car garages in Pitampura and Mall Road and a total of 51 scooters in Ashok Vihar are also part of the scheme. This scheme of DDA can prove to be a golden opportunity for those who are looking for a house with better location and facilities in the capital.

● HIG Flats: 1.64 crore to Rs 2.54 crore
● MIG Flats: 60 lakh to 1.5 crore rupees
● LIG Flats: 39 lakh to 54 lakh rupees
● SFS flats: 90 lakh to 1.07 crore rupees
● Ehs flats: Rs 38.7 lakh
● Car and scooter garage: between 3.17 lakh to 43 lakh rupees

The general public including Rohit Sharma, Yogesh Chandela, who took flats in Dwarka and Rohini with the information of this scheme, are very excited.
