If selected for the post of Professor, the monthly salary ranges from Rs 1,44,200 to Rs 2,18,200.

There was a shortage of teachers for a long time in many colleges affiliated to Delhi University. Now to solve this problem the university administration has taken a big decision. The process of recruitment for about 600 assistant professor posts in 12 colleges of DU is going to start soon. It is believed that recruitment notification can be issued from the month of March. What is the required qualification?

For the post of Assistant Professor, the candidate must have a master’s degree in the relevant subject with at least 55 percent marks. Apart from this, the candidate must have passed the UGC NET exam. However, candidates who have a PhD degree can be exempted from the NET exam. Apart from this, the educational record of the candidate should be good and he should have deep knowledge related to the subject. DU’s prestigious college Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College (ARSD) has invited applications for recruitment to the posts of Assistant Professor. Under this recruitment, eligible candidates will be selected on a total of 31 posts. This recruitment is being done in a total of 9 subjects including Commerce, English, Hindi, Maths, Physics.
