Indian woman hand in usa: An Indian woman in the US Illinois was arrested in May for theft of goods worth $ 1,300 (about Rs 1.11 lakh) from the target store in May. This incident has come out through a bodycam video, which has now gone viral on social media. The video shows the entire process of stopping the woman and later arresting the woman.

Woman wandering in 7 hours store
A YouTube channel named ‘Body Came Edition’ uploaded this entire incident as an 18 -minute Vlog. Later, its small parts went viral on social media. In the video, an employee of the target store says that the woman roamed the store for about 7 hours, kept picking up the goods and then tried to get out of the West Gate without paying.

The woman repeatedly tells the police that she can pay now, but the police officer clearly says that now the time to pay, you have not paid before. ‘ In the video, the woman is taken to the police station wearing handcuffs. During interrogation, a female police officer says- ‘Is it not forbidden to steal things in India? I don’t think it is allowed to do so.

America’s warning- visa may be canceled
After the video went viral, a warning has been issued for Indian citizens in the US. US Mission India has said that if a foreign national commit theft, attack or other crime in America, then its visa may be canceled and will not be allowed to come to America in future.

Visa holders remain under constant surveillance
On July 12, the US embassy made it clear in another statement that the investigation continues even after getting the visa. He said- ‘Even after getting the visa, we constantly ensure that visa holders follow the US law and immigration rules. If they break the rules, the visa can be canceled and excluded from the country.

On July 15, the US State Department also reiterated in a statement that the visa can be canceled immediately if he is arrested for any serious crime such as attacks, domestic violence etc. in the US.

Government of India response- Follow law abroad
India’s Foreign Ministry (Mea) reacted to this matter and said that Indian citizens should respect the law there and maintain the image of the country.

External Affairs Ministry spokesman Randhir Jaiswal said- It is our constant appeal that whoever goes on foreign travel, follow the laws and rules there and maintain a positive image of India.

In 2025, 1,563 Indians from America so far
The Ministry of External Affairs also informed that in the year 2025, 1,563 Indian citizens have been submitted from the US so far. The spokesman said that a total of 1,563 Indians have been removed from the US since January 20.

The Supreme Court has refused to hear the petition filed against the policy of the Assam government to deport people by calling people to Bangladesh. The Supreme Court has said that the petitioners should go to the High Court. A petitioner caused personal pain in the Supreme Court and said that perhaps his mother has been sent to Bangladesh suddenly without proper procedure. He does not know where the mother is. The court spoke about the hearing on this petition next week.

On May 30, a man named Yunus Ali had filed a petition in front of the bench of Chief Justice Bhushan Ramakrishna Gavai, Justice Augustine George Christ and Justice AS Chandurkar, saying that his mother had been illegally detained by the Assam Police. On the arguments of Yunus Ali’s lawyer Shoaib Alam, the Supreme Court gave the date of June 2 for hearing. Yunus Ali requested for the early release of his mother Monovara.

The petitioner alleges that on May 24, his mother was called to the Dhubri police station on the pretext of recording the statement and then taken into custody. During this time, Advocate Shoaib Alam also expressed concern that people are detained in the state and Bangladesh is deported overnight, while their legal cases are pending.

The lawyer told the court that a special permission petition (SLP) was filed by Yunus Ali’s mother in 2017, on which notices were issued, but still people are being deported while the hearing in this court is still going on.

He said that many such videos are being broadcast, in which it is shown that people were caught overnight and sent across the border. Monovara was on bail from December 12, 2019 following an order of the Supreme Court in the case, in which the prisoners who spent more than three years in the foreign custody of Assam were allowed to be conditionally released.

The petitioner says that when he went to the police station the next day, he told the officials that his case is still pending in the Supreme Court, he was not allowed to meet his mother and his release was also denied. The petition challenged the decision of the Guwahati High Court, which upheld the decision of the foreign tribunal declaring Monovara as foreign.

A family of 6 people being deported to Pakistan from Jammu and Kashmir has got interim relief. The Supreme Court has asked the government to confirm their papers. The court has said that punitive action should not be taken against them until this happens. The family claimed that it had documents like Indian Aadhaar, PAN and passport.

A bench of Supreme Court Justice Surya Kant and Justice N. Kotishwar Singh has made it clear that the order is only for this case. It should not be seen as Nazir for other cases. The judges questioned how this family, which has been living in India on the basis of Pakistani passport, has been living here for more than 25 years.

In the petition of Ahmed Tariq Butik Butk, who is working in Bengaluru, it was said that he and the remaining 5 members of his family got a notice to go to Pakistan from Foreign Registration Office in Srinagar. On April 29, 5 people were arrested. Now he has been taken to the India-Pakistan border. From there, he will be sent to Pakistan at any time.

Ahmed Tariq Butt had described the arrest of his father Mashkur Butt, mother Nusrat Butt, elder sister Ayesha Tariq Butik, younger brother Abubakar Butt and other younger brother Omar Butt. It was said in the petition that in 1997, Mashkur Butt came to India from Mirpur in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir. In the year 2000, the rest of the family members also came to India. Since then, those people have been living in Srinagar.

The petitioner had said that he, his sister and brothers studied in a school in Srinagar. He took an MBA degree from IIM Kerala and worked in Bangalore. He still lives in Bengaluru. Apart from documents like Aadhaar card and PAN card, his family members also have Indian passports. In this way, it is wrong to suddenly send them to Pakistan by calling them non-Indian.

The Supreme Court told the petitioner that he should have gone to the Jammu and Kashmir High Court. The documents are to be confirmed in Srinagar itself. Other such people are also filing a petition in the High Court itself. The Supreme Court made it clear that it is settling the petition. If the petitioner has any problem with the government order issued after examining the documents, then he should go to the High Court.

The petitioner had demanded cancellation of the notice sent to his family and to declare the arrest illegal. During the hearing, the Solicitor General present in the court said that the matter is to stay in India even after the visa period. The petitioner claimed that his family surrendered his Pakistani passport in India. Now those people are legitimate Indian citizens.

F 1 visa: Hundreds of foreign students studying in America have got e-mails. In this, he has been asked to leave the country himself. The US State Department has sent these mails. These mails have been sent to external students whose F-1 visa (student visa) was canceled due to campus activism.

In e-mail, students have been warned that if they live in the US without valid immigration status, they may face fines, custody and exile. This action of Trump Prashanas is not limited to only those students who participated physically in campus activism, but also the students who shared or liked any ‘anti-national post’ post.

,I take away such crazy visas’
US Secretary of State Rubio said in a press conference in Guyana on Thursday, ‘At this time the number of such students can be more than 300. Whenever I find such crazy, I snatch his visa. Every country in the world has the right to decide who will come to their land and who is not.

Rubio’s office has also launched an AI-run app “Catch and Rivok” recently to detect students supporting Hamas or other designated terrorist organizations and canceled their visas. The State Department is also investigating new students applications. If any category applications such as F (Academic Study Visa), M (Professional Studies Visa) or J (Exchange Visa) are found to be examples of supporting anti -national activity on the applicant, then applicants will not get entry in America.

What was said in email?
In the email, students have been asked to deport themselves using an app. This app was launched by the Trump administration on 10 March. In the mail, students have been told that after your visa is released, other information has been received, after which your visa has been canceled. Visa expiry date is also written in e-mail. In the mail, the students were warned that if they live in America even after this, they may have to face fines, custody and exile.

It has been written in the mail that it can also make you unqualified for future American visas. Exiled persons can be sent to other countries other than their original countries. It further states that if the exile students want to return to America in the future, they will have to apply for a new visa and then their eligibility will be re -evaluated. In e-mail, the entire process of leaving the country has also been told.

Illegal immigrants: 53 Afghan children illegally entered from the border of Pakistan’s Khyber district have been sent back to their country. According to officials, these children came to Pakistan in search of work and cut the fence on the border and entered the country. All of them were caught and detained and sent back to Afghanistan under legal processes.

On Sunday (March 23), Pakistani officials posted at Tarkham Border Outpost completed the process of sending these Afghan children back. Border security agencies said that the caught children have been entrusted to Afghan officials under the appropriate legal process. The number of illegal infiltrators coming from Afghanistan is steadily increasing, which is being increased to stop the border vigil.

Eligel entry of Afghan citizens in Pakistan

In Pakistan, the number of Afghan citizens who entered the Eligel Taki is continuously increasing. According to officials, about 700 people try to cross the border every day. Many times women and children are also involved, who try to reach Pakistan in search of better life. Security agencies have recently tightened security along the border and have also increased the monitoring of Eligel entry so that such activity can be controlled.

Pakistan tightens border security

In recent months, Pakistan has taken strict steps about its border security. Additional forces are being deployed to stop illegal migrants and modern technology is also being used. According to officials, monitoring on the border is being further strengthened so that any unauthorized entry can be prevented. Pakistan has made it clear that no one will be allowed to enter the country without legitimate documents and this rule will be strictly followed.

Donald Trump’s Move for Depotation: US President Donald Trump is going to take major action against immigrant citizens living in the country. This was announced by the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) on Friday (March 21). DHS said in its announcement that it would end the legal protection of more than 5 lakh immigrants of Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Vengeuela in the US. After this step, the people of these countries will start to face the danger of mass deployment within 30 days.

According to an associated press report, this order of US President Donald Trump will have an impact on those who entered the United States under the Humanitarian Peraole Program from October 2022. Under this program, immigrants who came to America were allowed to live and work here for two years.

There will be big action on immigrants in 30 days

DHS secretary Christie Nom said in a statement, “After the notice is published in the Federal Register of America, the legal status of the said countries will be abolished by April 24 in 30 days.

The move by the US Donald Trump administration is going to affect around 5,32,000 people in Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela, which entered the US under the Pererol Program implemented to the Biden administration, who found financial sponsors here and were given temporary status in the US.

Decision taken after change in immigration policy

This decision by Donald Trump has been taken after a comprehensive change in the US Immigration Policy and reminds us of the steps of Donald Trump’s administration, which aims to prevent misuse under the Humanitarian payroll program.

According to the AP report, this legal weapon has been used historically to temporarily allow citizens of countries facing war or political instability to allow and live in the United States.

Departation in kuwait: At present, the country in the world is the United States, which has submitted a large number of immigrants from its country, where a large number of immigrant citizens have been deployed in their original countries after President Donald Trump issued executive orders. But do you know that there is a Muslim country in the world from where about 3 thousand immigrant citizens are sent every month.

According to the latest data of Al Anba, according to the latest data, about 3,000 immigrants are submitted from Kuwait on legal basis every month. Quoting a security source in Kuwait, the Al Anba newspaper wrote in its report, “Deportation against the immigrants involved in criminal cases in Kuwait is taken after the order is issued from the court and the administrative order is issued keeping in mind the public interest.

Internal Ministry provides financial help when needed

The source further said that if the person who is subjected has no ticket money for the return journey of his original country, then in such cases the internal ministry of Kuwait provides tickets for the person concerned at his expense. However, for the return of the expenses of this ticket, the Ministry claims to recover the ticket price from the person or company concerned. At the same time, until the price of the ticket is paid, the sponsors are blocked by those who recruit workers abroad.

Departs are done to immigrants in 3 days

Security sources further said that fast work is done by the Deputy Department of Inner Ministry of Kuwait to deline the immigrants at the earliest. During this time, if a resident has a passport or emergency travel document, then he has to stay in custody for 3 days on an average.

However, there are some cases in which some embassies are slow to prepare the process of preparing the travel documents of their native country or have a travel ban or in case of any court action against the immigrant, it takes a long time to complete this process till the court order comes.

Usa news: US President Donald Trump on Thursday announced the launch of the CBP Home App. This is a platform that allows people living illegally in the United States to leave the country voluntarily. Trump warned that those who do not use this option will have to face forcibly expulsion and can be banned for life on their re-entry.

However, he indicated that people who voluntarily opt for the country to leave the country may have an opportunity to legally enter America in the future.

US President Donald Trump said this

US President Donald Trump said, “People living illegally in our country can either choose exile voluntarily or they will be deported in a difficult way, which will not be pleasant. The Biden administration allowed more than 1 million illegal migrants to enter the US using the CBP One app. Now my administration is launching the CBP Home app to give an easy way to leave the country illegally in our country.

He further said, “If they voluntarily leave the country, they may get an opportunity to legally return at some time in the future. But if they do not take advantage of the opportunity, they will be discharged and exiled and will never be allowed to enter the United States again. You will never come in again.” Trump also said that voluntary exile through the CBP Home app can save government resources. He said that this app is now available for free on all mobile app stores.

Trump administration had to face criticism

According to CNN report, the announcement has been made at a time when the Trump administration has deported hundreds of migrants, but refused to reveal their identity or evidence against them. Due to this, families of migrants and civil rights groups have criticized the administration. He argues that this step is weakening civil freedom.

Usa news: Badar Khan Suri, an Indian student studying at the University of Georgetown, USA, has been arrested. He was a post doctorate fellow there and will now be deported from America.

According to Khan’s lawyer, he was arrested from his residence in Virginia on Monday night. According to the report of Politico, some masked agents arrived to arrest him. According to the arrest papers, these agents described themselves as an officer of the Homeland Security Department and informed Khan that the government had canceled his visa.

Suri’s lawyer said this

Suri’s lawyer Hasan Ahmed has argued in a petition filed for Khan’s release that the reason for his arrest is that his wife is an American citizen of Palestinian origin. The lawyer says that the government suspects that Suri and his wife are opposed to the stance adopted towards Israel under the US foreign policy, due to which they have been targeted.

Suri has been accused of promoting Palestinian organization Hamas, which the US has declared a terrorist organization. Apart from this, he is also accused of having close relations with a known or suspected terrorist.

Homeland Security Department said this in a statement

Assistant Secretary, Homeland Security Department, Trichia McLoglin wrote on the social media platform X, “Suri was a student at the University of Georgetown and was promoting Hamas there. He was active in promoting anti-Jewish sentiments on social media.”
