The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) of India has taken seriously the negligence related to crew scheduling and roostering in Air India and directed three senior officials to remove them from all related responsibilities. According to sources, these three officers have been found responsible for the operational lapse and now they will be kept away from any crew management work.
