Actually former DGP Omprakash was very upset with his family. His wife Pallavi and daughter Kriti often quarreled. According to a BBC report, Kartikesh said, “Both mother and sister were suffering from depression. Both of them quarreled with father every day. I am completely suspicious that both of them have killed my father. ”Kartikesh had not lodged an FIR after the murder of his father.

The son of former DGP Om Prakash registered a case. He said in the complaint that my mother had been threatening to kill her father for the last one week. My father was living near his sister Sarita.

Former DGP Om Prakash was eating fish at the time of murder –

At the same time, he got into an argument with his wife. The wife suddenly picked up the knife and attacked. In a few seconds, blood in the dining table and hall became blood.

Om Prakash held the post of Director General of Police from 2015 to 2017 –

East DGP Om Prakash was a 1981 batch IPS officer. He was 68 years old. Om Prakash was the Director General of Police of Karnataka from 2015 to 2017.

Wife and daughter were taken into custody

Police have taken his wife Pallavi and daughter Kriti into custody in the murder of former Karnataka DGP Om Prakash. Om Prakash’s body was found stained with blood on the ground floor of his three -storey house in Bengaluru on Sunday.

According to police sources, there was a sharp debate between Om Prakash and his wife, after which Pallavi threw chili powder on his face. Due to this, Om started running around due to light burning, when Pallavi stabbed him several times, due to which he died on the spot.

There was a dispute over land

PTI said in its report, there was frequent quarrel between the couple. It is also being told that one of the reasons behind this crime was a dispute about a land located in Dandeli, Karnataka.

A few months ago, Pallavi lodged a complaint with the HSR layout police station. Sources claimed that when the policemen there did not listen to him, he had staged a sit -in in front of the police station. Investigations have also revealed that Pallavi had a disease called ‘schizophrenia’ (a mental disorder) and she was also taking her medicine. Prakash was a native of Champaran in Bihar. He was appointed as Director General of Police of Karnataka on March 1, 2015.
