In 2013, Dhanush made her Bollywood debut with the Hindi film ‘Ranjhana’. In this, he played the role of Banarasi boy and won the hearts of people with his acting. After this, he also did Hindi films with Amitabh Bachchan with the film ‘Shamitabh’, Sara Ali Khan and Akshay Kumar with ‘Atrangi Re’.

Meanwhile, Dhanush shared an interesting anecdote during the shooting of his ‘Kubera’. He told that for a scene of the film, she and Rashmika Mandana had to shoot in a pile of garbage for 6-7 hours.
