According to reports, Dharmendra initially reached the hospital for a routine checkup, but the doctors decided to admit him after examination. A staff member of Breach Candy Hospital told the media that “Dharmendra ji had come complaining of breathlessness. His heart rate is 70, blood pressure is 140/80 and urine output is also normal.

Now he will be seen in Sriram Raghavan’s film Ikkis. It is a war drama based on the life of Second Lieutenant Arun Khetrapal, India’s youngest Param Vir Chakra winner. Agastya Nanda, Simar Bhatia, Jaideep Ahlawat and Sikandar Kher will also be seen in important roles in the film. The film is scheduled to release in December 2025.
