When ‘Dhoom’ was released in 2004, no one thought that this film would become a big franchise. John Abraham, then Hrithik Roshan and then Aamir Khan, in every part the villain has emerged as the real hero. It has been almost 13 years since ‘Dhoom 3’ came out and since then fans are waiting for ‘Dhoom 4’. For the last few months, news was rife that this time Ranbir Kapoor will be seen hitting style on a bike. But now the truth of these news has come to light.

Ranbir Kapoor did not sign ‘Dhoom 4’
Even though Ranbir Kapoor’s name was making rounds in the media reports, the inside news is something else. According to a source associated with Bollywood Hungama, Ranbir has not signed ‘Dhoom 4’ yet. That means at present he is not a part of this franchise. Fans who were dreaming of seeing him as the new stylish villain will have to wait a little longer.

The whole matter is stuck on the script
It is being told that Yash Raj Films does not have the final script of ‘Dhoom 4’ ready yet. Aditya Chopra himself is very serious about this project and does not want to move ahead without a solid story. It is being said that till now more than nine drafts of the script have been rejected. Unless they get a strong story, ‘Dhoom 4’ will not go on floors.

Decision will be taken after big projects
Yash Raj is currently focusing on his other big projects. A concrete decision on ‘Dhoom 4’ will be taken only after those films. The makers want the next part to be bigger and more explosive than the first so that the image of the franchise remains intact.

Ranbir already has a big lineup
On the other hand, Ranbir Kapoor himself is very busy at the moment. He will be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film ‘Love and War’ with Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal.
